All children under 12 can only access the spa pool when accompanied by an adult.

Das Frühstück war dem Preis angemessen
Wir waren vor 15.00 am Hotel und obwohl man uns sagte, das Zimmer wird priorisiert, konnten wir erst um 15.15 ins Zimmer. Man hat uns ohne weitere Info´s ca. 3 Stunden warten lassen. Sollte in einem Haus dieser Kategorie nicht passieren.

Todo está perfecto, pero si debo señalar algún aspecto mejorable, diría la conexión entre edificio principal y el de habitaciones. Mejorar la información, porque es fácil perderse.

Lo staff non sempre all'altezza della situazione e una spiacevole inconveniente capitato al ristorante, quando il maitre voleva pretendere il pagamento del conto della cena, anzichè farlo addebitare sul conto della camera. Non all'altezza di un hotel a 5 stelle.
The hotel is not located in the city center but about three kilometers away. It is a magnificent hotel—beautiful, like a museum—featuring both an outdoor and an indoor pool. The breakfasts are superb, offering champagne, a wide variety of fruits and cheeses, and anything else one could desire. The hotel occupies two buildings: the offices and dining areas are housed in a beautiful 19th-century palace, while the guest rooms are in a former factory that was converted into a hotel. To enhance the authentic feel, they kept the large factory smokestack, which stands prominently against the backdrop of the pool. We received a room upgrade to a river-facing unit, and the view was truly wonderful. Upon checking into our room, we found a small plate of pastries waiting for us, and before the Festival of Saint John, we received a greeting card and a small mallet—intended for tapping passersby on the head to wish them a happy holiday. We had a wonderful time!

Завтраки здесь превосходные: подают шампанское, разнообразные фрукты и сыры, а также всё, что только можно пожелать. Гостиница расположена в двух зданиях: офисные помещения и столовые - в красивом дворце 19 века, а номера в бывшей мукомольной фабрике, которую переделали в гостиницу. Для пущей аутентичности оставили большую фабричную трубу, которая красуется на фоне бассейна. Нам сделали апгрейд номера, чтоб он выходил окнами на реку, и вид и правда был чудесный. При заселении в номер нам оставили тарелочку с пирожными, а перед фестивалем святого Иоанна поздравительную открыточку и молоточек, которым нужно стучать по голове прохожих, желая им счастливого праздника. Мы получили огромное удовольствие!

“Velkomstkager” blev ikke fjernet og lå og så gamle ud. Juice i morgenbuffet er ikke rigtig friskpresset juice og kaffen er fra en automat og smager ikke godt.
Der lå også affald ved udendørspolen fra dagen før ved svømme tur i poolen om morgenen.
It is a historical building but everything else that we could have enjoyed was ruined by a very negative experience so my whole mood was bad.
The duty manager on the 12th of June was rude, obnoxious and ruined our experience. We were scheduled to stay there for 3 nights. We reached after a hot day only to find the air conditioning in the room not working. They sent someone to fix it but barely any air came out. We were hot and wanted to cool off so we accepted a lower category room where the AC was working as the hotel was full. The logical thing was to ask the hotel to give us a refund for the downgrade. After 4 hours of asking, the duty manager went to the original room and said it was cool (which after 4 hours may have cooled) and accused us of deliberately asking for a cheaper room so we could get a refund. This woman should have realised that I had booked the room knowing the price because I WANTED to. If I wanted the cheaper room I would have booked that. She kept accusing my wife to the point where she had to lose her temper. We had FULLY PAID for this room in ADVANCE. The next morning we were so disgusted with the experience, we checked out and left with 2 more PAID NIGHTS UNUSED. The manager in the morning was apologetic but that duty manager's rude and accusatory behaviour had ruined it for us. This hotel really need to teach their people the definition of hospitality. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
