Es un lloc preciós, amb un servei excel·lent i unes habitacions espaiós es, confortables i silencioses on es pot descansar. L’esmorzar molt variat i amb productes de molta qualitat. Els espais acollidors i es pot gaudir d’unes vistes precioses al riu Duero.
El servei impecable a tots els nivells. No dubtaria en recomanar-lo i en tornar.

O grupo pestana, sempre foi u excelente, mas nesta unidade ,não havia a simpatia e disponibilidade por parte dos funcionários (não todos ) passei o meu aniversário no hotel (como já aconteceu noutros aniversários) e não tiveram a amabilidade de oferecer um mimo. Não que fosse obrigatório, mas têm sido sempre assim noutras unidades do pestana. Jantamos no restaurante principal, no noite do meu aniversário, e a comida foi uma grande desilusão.

Stunning hotel that needs work, not what I was expecting from a Leading Hotels of the World

The main building and grounds were gorgeous; so beautiful.

Cons:

The pool area was looking tired and the loungers were uncomfortable. Despite the pool area being quiet, we waited half an hour for two drinks and then had to ask if they were coming.
The Bedroom and Bathroom were a little tired too and the carpet was quite stained.
