Good location, very helpful and friendly staff, big, comfortable and clean room, big and comfortable bathroom, great beds.
Toilet was slightly leaking, but the issue was quickly sorted out
Very nice personel , amazing place. I will back soon to this place
Location was ideal for the beach and town and car parking was cheap at a fiver but tha's about it really.
Hotel was tired and scruffy, bed was rock hard, I asked for the heating to be put on cos the window had been left open all day so the room was cold and I had wet clothing to dry out but they couldn't help. Car park was scruffy, for christ sake sweep up all the shit to make it look presentable, it was OK but come on try a bit better next time
Not much really.
Very dated, carpet was threadbare, facilities were very tired and worn. I stayed in room 119. There was a power outage around 10.30pm as we got back to the room. We ate our food in darkness. Reception didn’t know what was going on. Took around half an hour to sort.
There was bugs in the bath tub, the vinyl flooring in the bathroom was very dirty wasn’t sure of the actual colour. I’m glad it was only one night we stayed.
Thank u so much for nice vacation
Excellent all round
Nothing
Great location, friendly staff
Pillow case wasn’t changed, a long hair on the back , i took the case off to use the pillow without it and it was multiple short hair inside, multiple hair in the bath tub, shower pressure was very low on maximum settings and the water was coming on and off
Very nice personel , very nice place
Lovely friendly staff, great location and a lovely room.
Nothing, everything was excellent.
The staff members that we spoke to on reception were lovely and are a real credit to the hotel.
They were very polite and had a good sense of humour along with being very quick to help when we reported a buzzing sound from our electric socket.
One of the electric sockets in the room was constantly buzzing and left us feeling a little nervous throughout the night.
Their was black mould on the wallpaper above the window frame that was causing it to peel off.
Our double bed was very very small.
Our room also overlooked an alley way full of bins.
Fantastic location and rooms were ok but very dated but excellent sized tv and spacious- great breakfast selection
My kids standard twin bathroom was dated and horrible but our suit double was ok
Only one pillow provided
No one cleaned our room on the second day so we had lots of rubbish built up and the fire alarm was on and off continuously for 2 hours the first night in the middle of the night and no apologies or compensation from hotel staff
The location was good
The room was dated and miss match fur6
The location, parking (although additional charge).
I didn't get any sleep for the weekend. I did ask for a quiet room however, the room I was in had a fire exit door outside my room door which made a large bang every time someone went through it. There was a large group of men staying in the room above me, shouting, screaming all hours of the night and morning, moving furniture, large banging. It was impossible to get any sleep, in the end I had to resort to having a nap in the reception area on the sofa as it was quieter. I did complain several times, the manager was very nice but told me that I should book a more expensive room next time. There were plenty of empty rooms, I feel there was the opportunity for the staff to move us to a quiet room, but they did not.
I can forgive the broken tiles in the bathroom, the dated look, the bed on wheels, the stains the weird toilet that didn't work most of the time and the general wear and tear of the property but I just wanted a base to see friends and family in Bournemouth and to get some sleep. Which was impossible with the level of noise, shouting, partying, banging, stomping between 4am-8am then the banging doors in the day time. I've never had to leave a hotel room to try and sleep in the reception before.
