Great stay
Pros:

It was spacious and well coloured, very well located and the room was everything we needed! We're very happy to stay here

Cons:

It was a little warm at night so hard to sleep. Not the hotel but there were some noisy residents who were up throughout the night making noise

Pros:

Clean linen,Location, Close to the beach, one of the cheapest offers.
Tasty breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Everything was old, painted a few times.Creaking floors.The single bed was very short, so my feet were sticking out.

Would have been fine and good value for money but the terrible mattress let it down.
Pros:

The room was clean but dated and a little tired. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress should have been replaced some time ago.

Pros:

Not much,room was way too hot,fan didn't help,couldn't sleep due to very uncomfortable bed.

Cons:

My friend & I were stuck in lift for 20 minutes.Wasn't told lift was not in service until we were in the lift.Extremely stressful.I would like full reimbursement or at the very least details of who to contact to do so.If I don't hear back from you I will be contacting Britania directly.

I was happy with the hotel and would stay again in the future.
Pros:

I only stayed for 1 night, I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on the food at the hotel. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, it had a wall mounted TV, there was plenty of tea and coffee provided in the room. The hotel charge £5 for parking (having stayed in a number of hotels in Bournemouth £5 is cheap ), there is a small carpark at the front of the hotel and another carpark to the rear of the hotel.

Cons:

I really didn't have time to notice things about the hotel that I might not have liked other than the parking at the front of the hotel. The parking at the front of the hotel can be very tight, especially if there are already a lot of cars Parked there, there was only 1 disabled parking bay too.
