Personale gentile, ma un po' distaccato
Abbiamo chiesto un albergo con parcheggio: in realtà il parcheggio è nelle vicinanze, ma non è dell'albergo. Un po' scomodo per i bagagli
Non comodissima la camera, all'ultimo piano e con l'ascensore che si ferma al piano precedente e anche un po' piccolina. Aria condizionata un po' troppo alta, purtroppo non abbiamo capito come fare per abbassarla.

Correspond parfaitement à mes attentes, y compris pour le budget.
Pros:

Personnel impeccable, aimable et discret. Chambre très propre, fonctionnelle et climatisée. De vrais rideaux bien occultants avec fermeture aimantée. Et un petit déjeuner complet et varié. Emplacement idéal, situé à proximité du centre ville, de la piscine et des quais avec leurs restaurants et bars.

Rien à redire.

Très bon séjour à Rouen, ville que l’on ne connaissait pas et ce malgré la canicule qui sévissait.

Great place to stay in Rouen.
Pros:

Excellent location for visiting sights of Rouen. Small but comfortable room with AC working well. Very enjoyable breakfast. Easy to park in nearby Opera House car park. Great value for money!

Un "maître d'hôtel" à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel.
