Disappointing Accommodation!
Pros:

Location was wonderful, the staff were really lovely & very helpful. The breakfast was very good! Deco of the common areas of the hotel were really nice.

Cons:

Bedroom - So uncomfortable! The room was so very disappointing, tiny with hardly any room to move around the bed. The ensuite was shockingly small with the narrowest space between the sink, shower and toilet. The shower was so small it was extremely uncomfortable to use! Very disappointing.

Amazing Location staff was amazing
Pros:

Amazing Location superb hotel the room just was a little bit little we are big people but the bed was to die for the best night sleep I’ve had on a mini break cannot complain at all about the facilities And so pretty decor the decor was that lovely

The rooms were just a little bit small we had a small shower, but at least we had a shower in the room which was lovely

An excellent boutique hotel in the centre of the city
Pros:

The hotel is 1 street over from the centre of town. It is ideal hotel for exploring Rouen. From the hotel the sights, places to eat and even the river are only a short hop from the hotel. It is cosy like a boutique hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly. The hotel didn't have parking but they recommended a parking spot under the Opera which is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. We really liked it.

Cons:

We didn't find anything we liked. Its the perfect hotel to visit Rouen from. We loved it.

Pros:

De locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum en bezienswaardigheden.
Het personeel, wat goed meedacht toen we onze kamer niet fijn vonden en met een solide oplossing kwam.

Cons:

Het bad/de douche in de eerste kamer die we hadden.

L 'hôtel était situé à proximité du centre, idéal pour découvrir Rouen sans voiture. Le personnel agréable, la chambre propre et L'hôtel décoré avec soin. Nous étions sous les toits, il ne faut pas être trop grand.
