Aardig personeel!
Pros:

De kamer werd dagelijks goed schoongemaakt. Elke dag nieuwe theetjes om uit te kiezen. Flesjes water worden aangevuld.

Cons:

De kamer zag er in werkelijkheid een stuk simpeler uit dan op de fotoos van booking.com, maar verder prima.

Very good. Would recommend for someone saving a bit of money.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. They provided a lot of help, were very available. It was a nice riversides location with a great coffee shop nearby.

Cons:

It was a little bit far out from central Florence, and parts were a little worn down.

Pros:

Very good location, clean apartment. Hotel was in the process of renovation, can be only better. Satisfied what I got since the pricess and evrything in Florenze is very expensive.

Cons:

Location and very clean. We parked the vehicle near the hotel which is very rear to find in Florenze.

Sicuramente posizione ottima, sia per parcheggiare l'auto ( con parcheggio a pagamento interno a poco prezzo , o parcheggio su strada 1 euro/ora ) , sia per la visuale del fiume praticamente di fronte all'hotel. Buono anche per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi.

Cons:

Stanze piccole, non idonee per 4 persone.

Pros:

The location was great just 20 min by foot to Ufizzi Gallery and to all the attractions of the old city Staff was very useful and polite , as the facility does not have the elevator thay helped us to grag the luggage to the 2nd floor. Wonderful Pizzeria and bakery are nearby - so there was not any problem to have breakfast and dinner there. Free water and some cookies were always in our room. Very beautiful and high ceiling.

Cons:

The lack of elevator. The facade repair works did not allowus to go to the terrace and to see anything from the window except scaffolding. Although it was quiet in the room.

Good for 2 nights stay, but a bit expensive for its worth.
Pros:

location is great, hotel is within walking distance from the city center and all main attractions. Also, on the same street there are a cool pizza place and a very nice bar from your morning coffee. Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming, they did their best to help with our requests. Very cool that drinks are on the house (water, sodas and beer).

Cons:

the hotel is being refurbished, we weren't informed, windows couldn't be easily opened. The rooms are dated, not as per the pictures, pictures show way prettier rooms than reality, the rooms were def not as nice.
