Cons:

L'hôtel était en travaux, il y havais pas de stores aux fenêtres. La TV impossible de la faire fonctionner et le personnel ne se déplace pas pour vérifier.

Hotel met pluspunten en minpunten
Pros:

We kregen een ruime kamer (driepersoonskamer gekregen). Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel gaf uitleg over hoe overal te geraken, we kregen prompt een vervang-föhn.

Cons:

Stoffige lampen en meubels, badkamer was pure tristesse, slecht en vreemd geschilderd, vochtplekken en een beetje schimmel. Douche lekte wat. Stopcontacten werkten maar half, de ingebouwde föhn slechts enkele minuten. Helaas niet echt zoals op de foto's (of toch onze kamer niet). Onze kamer leek me aan renovatie toe.

Fine focation

Cons:

The hotel was under renovation. Balcony was closed. Noisy work was performed during the day. The doors were not closing for the bathroom. Noise isolation was not sufficient and I could hear all neighbors coming back during the night to their rooms.

W pobliżu hotelu kilka fajnych restauracji, szczególnie przypadła nam do gustu Affe di Bacco.

Cons:

Bardzo mała łazienka, pod prysznicem tylko deszczownica, brakowało słuchawki prysznicowej.

Einfaches, ruhiges Hotel etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums.
Pros:

Direkt am Arno, abseits des Touristentrouble, gelegen. Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist in der Rushhour relativ viel befahren, aber stört überhaupt nicht. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum, es ist aber auch eine Bushaltestelle in etwa 200 Meter Entfernung. Das Personal ist superfreundlich. Beim Einchecken wurde uns direkt auf einem Stadtplan alle sehenswerten Orte erklärt und eingezeichnet.

Pros:

Hotel piacevole, a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, con una bella passeggiata lungo l'Arno. Camera di dimensione media, idem il bagno finestrato, con terrazzo esterno vista Arno. Pulizia buona. Sono in corso dei lavori di manutenzione esterna che comportano dei disagi, correttamente segnalati sul sito dell'albergo, come l'indisponibilita' di parcheggio, che però è facilmente reperibile nelle vicinanze. Personale cortese.

Cons:

Come l'esterno, anche la camera abbisogna di un po' di riqualificazione. Letto cigolante.

El personal era muy amable, pudimos aparcar en ña zona azul al lado del hotel, hay muchos restaurantes y para desayunar cerca y esta a unos 20 minutos andando del centro

Pros:

The location is good. It is in walking distance to the historic downtown. You can either walk or take a bus. We had a rental car, it was important for us to have a parking by the hotel outside of the ZTL zones. The hotel parking is a joke, it only can fit 2 cars comfortably so you can actually get in and out anytime without being blocked. There is city parking by the hotel as well and it was the best option for us and much cheaper (8am-8pm - only 1 euro per 1 hr, and free on Sundays) The room was ok size. The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom and shower were ridiculously small and very uncomfortable to use.
