Nice Four stars hotel
Pros:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would like to thank the team for their hospitality.

Special thanks to the reception staff for the warm welcome and smooth check-in. It was lovely to meet Lina, who is Lithuanian, and she provided exceptional, professional service throughout our stay. Daniela was also lovely, friendly, and professional.

The location is excellent, with shops, bars, beaches, and restaurants all within a 10-minute walk. Despite being in the centre of Ayia Napa, noise levels were minimal. We stayed in both a street-facing room and a courtyard-facing room. The courtyard room was very quiet, while the street-facing room had only slight noise when the balcony doors were open.

We enjoyed the pool bar, which offers great cocktails at reasonable prices (€6-€8, with a daily special at €4.50). Thank you to Ibram and Zigi for their excellent service.

The themed dinners were enjoyable and the food was good, although the quality of the house wine could be improved. Breakfast offered plenty of choice but became repetitive after a week. It would be nice to occasionally include options such as smoothies, a detox station, made-to-order omelettes, or poached eggs.

Suggestions for Improvement
The hotel has two swimming pools, one of which is advertised as an adults-only relaxation area with decked sunbeds. However, during our stay, children were allowed to use this pool when accompanied by parents. While I understand the intention, this made it difficult for adults seeking a peaceful and relaxing environment. I believe it would be beneficial to make this area exclusively available to guests aged 16 and over.
I also noticed that during the late afternoon, particularly between 4 pm and 6 pm, there were often empty cocktail cups left around the pool area, with some even floating in the water. This detracts from the overall appearance of the facilities and could be addressed through more frequent checks and collections.
Finally, the pool water was surprisingly warm, almost matching the daily air temperatures of around 35°C. A slightly cooler pool would provide a much more refreshing and enjoyable experience during the hot summer months.

Cleaning is not that great especially for long stay within the room, we had No hot water in the evenings from 2am onwards, seen couple of cockroaches roaming around the hotel

Great location, but poor customer service and a very stressful start to the holiday.
Pros:

The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. The room was not bad and after several days the hotel finally moved me to a quieter room which I appreciated but the mould all over the place was not acceptable. The all-inclusive food was decent.

Cons:

My stay started very badly. I was given a room directly above a noisy bar and facing a busy road, making it almost impossible to sleep due to loud music, traffic, motorbikes and people until early morning. I had booked a double bed but received two single beds pushed together. But apparently all rooms are like this even when before you book you have an option to choose what time of bed you want. I repeatedly asked reception for help, but for several days I was told to come back later because only the manager could deal with the issue. Communication was poor and I felt ignored. A quieter room should have been offered much sooner, especially after explaining that I could not sleep.

Good breakfast, friendly waitress but extremely loud!

Cons:

Extremely loud in the rooms. We could not sleep not even one night normally during our stay and if you don‘t plan to stay awake until 5 am every day, good luck. Across the street was a karaoke show EVERY night where you have to listen mostly to the drunk people not signing but shouting, almost like they were in our room. The window and door from the balkonies on the street side of the hotel are so poorly isolated, also from the inside doors (every night you hear the drunk teenagers/youth comming back shouting and closing the doors loudly). I booked the hotel as there were very high rate for the location —— for us was the worst sleep ever on vacation.
