The noise of young people running around drunk until midnight in the rooms next to them, in the hallways, by the pool, was so loud that it was impossible to sleep, and during the morning, those at breakfast heard the renovations at the hotel.

Our second time here and we had a great experience with accommodation and with people working at the pool bar. Will come

It is very nice, the hotel is well kept, staff was great, good location, rooms are great, nice little gym. They put a fruit bowl and a bottle of vine as a welcome pack.

Cons:

Only thing is that breakfast is the same every morning. Not too diverse in my opinion.

Very nice hotel

Overall, the hotel is very nice, clean, with modern furniture and very well positioned.

Cons:

2 days before our departure, we had enough shampoo and soap, but in the day before our departure, after the cleaning of the room, we found the recipients empty. They didn't change the sheets during our 6 days stay. They changed the towels once, but without face towels. In the morning of our departure I found a big cockroach on my bathroom stuff. I called twice to the reception and they came after 20 minutes when I went to the reception. The man from the reception was ok, he came with me to get the cockroach, but the lady went to smoke and drink coffee after I called first time to the reception. I saw her when she was coming back and the man from breakfast told me that she is not at the reception, she went to smoke. I can understand that it can happen to find a cockroach (big), it's summer, it's hot, but I didn't like the attitude of the lady at the reception.

The hotel has potential, but the poor organization and lack of basic service made the stay uncomfort

The breakfast and the location of the hotel.

Cons:

The staff were polite, but the hotel management and service were disappointing. The door to my room did not work properly, and there was no hairdryer in the room. At check-in, nobody informed me that I could request one from reception.
After taking a shower, I called reception to ask for a hairdryer, but I was told that I had to come downstairs myself because there was nobody available to bring it to the room.
There was also a lot of noise, although this was something I had expected due to the location, so it was not my main issue. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable because of the poor organization and lack of attention to basic guest needs.
