Says what it does
Pros:

It was nice as a solo traveller that I felt welcomed both by the staff and in the room itself.

Cons:

If you get a room towards the street, be aware that the bars a little further down plays loud music until late. It’s always nice to feel the neighbourhood, but also a little frustrating after a long day.

Struttura In posizione centrale un po' datata. Ottima per una notte.
Pros:

La posizione è un punto di forza, vicino c'è un silos per parcheggiare. La colazione è stata apprezzata e lo staff molto gentile.

Cons:

Migliorerei l'impianto di aria condizionata, per me fondamentale d'estate. La doccia totalmente aperta allaga il bagno, non comodissimo, avrei messo una porta. La struttura in generale è un po' vecchiotta, insonorizzazione da migliorare.

Top, top, top!
Pros:

Locatie: je komt gelijk in de vakantie stemming,
Personeel: Super klantvriendelijk, hulpvaardig, meedenkend. Sandy liep bij aankomst even mee om te kijken waar wij geparkeerf stonden en gaf ons advies waar wij het best onze auto kwijt konden.
Ontbijt: boven verwachting, netjes, persoonlijk: de dame wist de volgende dag nog precies wat wij dronken( koffie/ thee).
Kamers: netjes, groot genoeg voor 2 personen met 2 grote koffers en 1 trolley

Cons:

Over het Parkeerprobleem kan ik heel veel zeggen maar daar kampen alle Hotels in Triëste mee. Het blijft onze favouriete Stad maar boy oh boy: het is blijft uitdaging. Gelukkig wel een Parkeergarage in de buurt( €20 per dag)..maar je moet dus wel met je koffers daarvandaan en naartoe lopen( 7 min).

Ottima location, struttura e servizio un po' stanchi

La posizione è decisamente strategica. Comoda alla stazione e al centro, ma anche alle principali fermate del bus.
La zona è molto vivace e sicura, piena di ogni tipologia di ristorante.
Le camere hanno una buona climatizzazione.

Cons:

Premetto che si tratta chiaramente di una struttura a conduzione familiare. Proprio per questo, il mio vuole essere un feedback costruttivo, nella consapevolezza che possono capitare giornate particolarmente impegnative e che il personale possa non essere sempre nelle condizioni migliori.

L'aspetto che mi ha colpito maggiormente riguarda l'approccio verso l'ospite. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo segnalato un forte odore di detersivo in camera. Le prime risposte ricevute sono state: "Cosa dovrei fare?", "Non è mai capitato" e "Per me questo è profumo." Da ospite mi sono limitata a segnalare il disagio, senza pretendere una soluzione specifica, perché ritengo sia corretto informare la struttura quando qualcosa non va. Successivamente il personale ha riferito che avrebbe utilizzato meno detersivo e, infatti, l'odore è scomparso. Tuttavia, nei giorni successivi nessuno si è premurato di chiederci se il problema fosse stato risolto.

Anche durante la colazione ho percepito poca accoglienza. Chiedendo dove fosse il tostapane, mi è stato risposto semplicemente: "Non posso farci nulla, non ho spazio." Non era una lamentela, ma solo una domanda, perché mi aveva sorpreso l'assenza di un tostapane in una sala colazioni di una struttura classificata tre stelle.

Per quanto riguarda la camera, alcuni dettagli trasmettono la sensazione di una struttura che avrebbe bisogno di maggiore cura nella manutenzione: mancava la piletta del lavandino, il portasapone era arrugginito e, nell'area antistante la camera, su quattro punti luce ben tre erano spenti. Presi singolarmente sono dettagli di poco conto, ma nel complesso danno l'impressione di un tre stelle un po' "stanco", che potrebbe valorizzarsi con una maggiore attenzione ai particolari.

Al momento del check-out, dopo aver saldato il conto, ho riportato anche queste osservazioni. Mi è stato chiesto perché non le avessi segnalate durante il soggiorno.
