Pros:

Everything was fantastic! Check in with Orhan was great, he was so friendly and welcoming! The room itself was also amazing, very clean and spacious. Dinner at the restaurant as well as breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the service was excellent. At check out Orhan called us a taxi to the airport- it arrived quickly and was a very smooth ride. Overall it was a fantastic experience, 10/10!!

Cons:

N/A. The whole experience was fantastic. I have absolutely no notes. The room was amazing, the staff was amazing, even the check out was amazing. We absolutely loved this hotel, and we were able to relax and continue our journey well rested and happy.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Close to airport. Big room.
Comfortable bed.
Easy check in.
Only stayed one night for early morning flight.

Kedves személyzet, jó elhelyezkedés.
Pros:

Az elhelyezkedése nekünk kiváló volt, közvetlen villamos megálló, ami bevitt a belvárosba. A személyzet kedves, a szoba nagyméretű, az étteremből szép panoráma nyílt.

Cons:

A tisztaságon lehetne javítani, főleg az étteremben.

Schlechtes hotel aber Sarajevo ist wieder schön.
Pros:

Der Standort war angenehm.

Cons:

Die Bad Installationen waren nicht korrekt angeschlossen und das wasser lief nicht ab. Mann konnte nicht korrekt duschen, da das Bad komplett Unterwasser stand. Die klamme hat auch nicht funktioniert.

Pros:

Das Frühstück bietet auf den ersten Blick alles was man sich wünscht , bei genauerem Hinsehen kommt jedoch dann das Erwachen.
Ein vollkommen viel zu süßer Orangensaft aus dem Tetrapackkarton, Kaffee aus der Maschine / Automaten der wirklich ohne Zucker nicht geniesbar ist........Nun ja andere Länder , andere Sitten, jedoch sieht man in anderen Hotels mit nur drei Sternen im gleichen Land bzw. der gleichen Stadt ,es geht viel besser!!
Auch fehlt dem Personal die komplette Freundlichkeit die bereits mit einem Lächeln am Morgen beginnt.
Schade ein Haus mit Potential, was aber nicht genutzt wird.

sehr großzügige geräumige zimmer und sehr große badezimmer. sauber und komfortabel. klimaanlage nicht wirklich regulierbar, aber alles bestens. frühstück war gut.
