خمس نقاط مهمه وسيئه في الفندق لإقامة ثلاث ليالي هي :-
1- المواقف ليست مجانيه
2- التكييف في الغرف سيء بشكل عجيب وقديم والغرف حاره
3- لايوجد شطاف في دورات المياه
4- فطور غير متنوع
5- ولا يوجد خدمة حمل الحقائب

Herzlicher Empfang mit kurzem Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben war der Hotelmitarbeiter Orhan, der uns sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich alles erklärt hat. Die Einweisung war prima und uns wurde ein Taxi gerufen, welches in wenigen Minuten da war. Insgesamt war es eine Nacht die wir im Hotel übernachtet haben.
Das Highlight ist am Abend das drehende Restaurant im 15. Stock, wobei man eine Rundumsicht über die ganze Stadt erhält. Auch das Frühstück findet dort statt, nur dass sich die Plattform nicht dreht.

Cons:

Es war alles in Ordnung.
Die Räumlichkeiten sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirken deshalb etwas kühl. Das Bad erinnert eher an einen OP, aber ist dennoch hervorragend ausgestattet und alles was sehr sauber.

Pros:

De locatie,de tram stopt recht voor de deur,en vele winkels en barretjes in de buurt,en het ontbijtbuffet,en de luxe kamers zijn echt groot en super schoon

Cons:

De airco werkt niet goed na een paar keer gevraagd te hebben werden er maatregelen genomen, het lijkt wel of ze deze in het seizoen kunnen afstellen,en we hadden een tv waar de beelden en zeker met de WK wedstrijden om de minuut wegviel,had het diverse keren gemeld en eindelijk kregen we een andere TV op de kamer en wat denk je probleem opgelost
