Pros:

It’s location, the amenities and the cleanliness

Cons:

As good as it was we found it expensive for a short stay, we had a two bedroom apartment for two nights room only, €740 we had recently been in the Dordogne in France and had bed and breakfast plus evening meals with wine for three nights and the cost was a little over half the price €450.

No ac in the room, to much street noise outside the hotel after hotel bar was closed. People should have been moved on from outside the hotel, not let linger outside till 5am

Convenient ; more like a bnb with a bar ,than a hotel
Pros:

Location excellent, lovely breakfast , great parking off street. Fabulous staff , very pleasant .

Cons:

Ate in bar 1st night … just ok . Asian inspired chicken stir fry … not sure which asia??!! First time I had chunks of chicken in a stir fry, tough chunks ……Didn’t bother with desert or coffee … shame , as we had planned on eating there each evening before heading back to miltown for the nights…..Lovely staff which makes a complaint harder…..

Shutters look great but they need a dust… also the shower …. Got a little suprise when I attempted to adjust the shower head

Add the location was good and parking was to the rear of the hotel no distance to walk to from the beach

Great place, great staff, would absolutely recommend
Pros:

Great location in the middle of downtown. We stayed in the spacious 2 BR apartment. Plenty of space and amenities. Staff was so kind and helpful. Felt very welcomed.

Cons:

The location is in the middle of downtown so at night you can hear others. That said, a little white noise in the room and we were good to go.
