while i know this is orientated towards children, being part of h10 i expected more
Pros:

- the amount of pools and activities for the little ones
- the food and vaiety to choose from in the half board meals
- the cleaning the staff did was on par, each day replacing everything and tidying up the rooms

Cons:

- while the room was clean, everything had like communist era finishes with a lot of mold on the walls, moving floor boards, it seems like it hasn't been modernised in 20 odd years, although the pictures look modern
- the fact that such a huge hotel has only about 30 parking slots and having to wait 3 days to get one(after being told one will surely be available the next day), having to search for a parking spot at ~midnight like 1-2 km away was really annoying. They did mention that parking is not included and is going to cost but i didnt assume it would be this cumbersome
- the food outside the half board was really bad for adults. Its ok for kids(nuggets pasta pizza etc) but for adults you have to go eat outside the complex
- while drinks cost money they do have a water dispenser but the water there isn't that good. I payed 5 euros for a bottle to be able to use that and used it once, preferring to buy bottled water.

Me gustó mucho las instalaciones . Las piscinas están genial para los niños y no hay demasiada gente.

Cons:

No me gustó nada que no tendríamos parking libre al llegar. No reservan y la zona está fatal para aparcar.

Pros:

L'hôtel est situé dans une zone calme loin de la foule de Salou. Mais on peut accéder au centre de ville de Salou en 10min via les lignes de bus juste devant l'hôtel. Donc très pratique. La plage n'est pas loin, l'eau est cristalline et pas bondée.
L'hôtel est super, les chambres propres. Les animations de la journée sont très sympa et le soir il y a de très jolis spectacles. Le restaurant/buffet pour la demi pension est très bien et il y en a pour tous les goûts : beaucoup de choix. La pizzeria et le snack sont supers aussi. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de ce séjour dans cet hôtel.

Las piscinas para los niños

Cons:

No parece un hotel de 4 estrellas, colas para ir al restaurante, limpieza muy justa en las habitaciones habitaciones (cuando entramos en el chek in había comida en la nevera de los anteriores huéspedes) , hacen la habitacion a las 3 de la tarde cuando tienes a los niños haciendo siesta…
Para aparcar tambien es un problema ya q el parking es pequeño y al final igual de caro practicamente que hacerlo en la zona azul.
Y las bebidas no estan incluidas( ni el agua)… y mas cositas..

Catastrophique
Cons:

Annulation du séjour, nous confirmons uniquement la nuit de mardi 18 août 2026 au mercredi 19 août 2026.
Dès notre arrivée chambre sale, nous demandons à repasser un coup de propre. la literie proposée n’est pas adaptée à un 4 étoile.
Nous avons laissé notre véhicule a une bande réserve pour qu’on puisse enlever nos valises puis les monter à l’étage.
le véhicule est resté 1h sur place, je reçois un appel téléphonique pour déplacer mon véhicule je suis descendu dans la minute qui suivais j’arrive à mon véhicule je me fait clairement agresser par la personne qui gère le parking qui se met front à front avec moi en me parlant agressivement en disant c’est un dépose bagages tu n’a pas à rester ici 1h.
ma réponse était clairement polie en lui disant je suis désolé pour la gêne de mon véhicule mais merci de bien vouloir changer votre manière de parler il me répond c’est ma manière de parler et alors.
Donc moi je paie un hôtel pour la somme de presque 3000€ pour avoir cette accueil en quelque heures d’un séjour. Je demande donc le remboursement total et prenez en charge la nuit du 18/08/2026 au 19/08/2026.

La directrice a aucun moment elle est là pour arranger le coup eu oui oui vous voulez partir il ya aucun souci, mais c’est lunaire j’ai jamais vue ça.

Bref pour 2700€ j’ai trouver du 4 étoile idem extra propre ras et accueille royal.

Très bon et très varié. Les machines de boissons distribuent les jus chaud il faudrait améliorer le système

Cons:

Le buffet du soir il n y a pas de fromage (1 ou 2) alors que le matin il y a plus de choix. Et il y a de la charcuterie le matin mais aucune au Buffet du soir

Las instalaciones para los peques, la amabilidad del personal, socorristas y animación

Cons:

No entiendo porq tienen la smart tv capada, para los padres poder ponerles algun capitulo adecuado desde nuestras aplicaciones supone la diferencia entre poder ducharnos tranquilos o simplemente tener una breve pausa. Creo q deberíais cambiar esto, es el primer hotel q encuentro en el q no se puede hacer
