Para pasar unos dias tranquillos con los niños esta genial, creo que repetiremos.
Pros:

Nos gusto mucho las piscinas y los 2 restaurantes. El buffet es impresionante la calidad, no hay mucha variedad pero si calidad.

Cons:

No me gusto la ubicación. Si quieres ir al centro de Salou tienes que coger el coche o si no el autobús que tiene parada al lado del hotel.

Nice family hotel !
Pros:

Family hotel great facilties and pool area, well placed for beach and transport.

Cons:

Due to my food allergies, I found dining slightly difficult at times. The staff were very helpful and always asked if I needed assistance choosing safe options from the buffet, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, some issues with cross contamination came more from guests and unsupervised children around the buffet area, as well as some foods being placed very closely together. The front desk team handled my concerns professionally, and I chose to eat out on some occasions. Next time, I would likely book an apartment so I can cook for myself more easily

La propreté des chambres et l accueil du personnel. Un grand parking privé.

Cons:

Pas de bouteilles d eau ni bouilloire pour prendre un thé ou un café le matin en attendant 8h horaire du déjeuner.
Le bruit des animations tout le long de la journée. Tres difficile de se reposer l après-midi.
Emplacement un peu retiré du centre ville mais avec des taxis a proximité

Nous avons trouvé le Chek in très long, mais cela pas le fait qu'il soit agréable et serviable , le SPA n'est un SPA juste une mini piscine chauffée avec un sauna qui ferme mal.
Animations pour les enfants sont là mais bof, pas exceptionnelles.
Ma fille a été malade (8ans) vomissements assez fort après sortie au parc l'aprem et repas à l'hôtel, nous avons donc eu besoin d'aller aux urgences à 4h du mat, la réception ma juste donner l'adresse sans m'accompagner sur un premier contact hôtel urgence dans la panique bref, heureusement qu'il y avais personnes aux urgences.
Bref séjour ok mais pour pré ado et ado bof bof.

It’s perfect for families trying to keep everyone happy!
Pros:

The communal areas such as the lobby, bar, pools and restaurants are really nice. The facilities for young children are fantastic.

The staff were really lovely and couldn’t do enough for you.

I liked that it was cashless and the use of the bands on your arm to access your room and pay for things was so convenient.

There is a bus stop right outside the hotel bring you into salou centre which was handy.

Cons:

The rooms are fine but definitely feel a bit tired compared to how fresh and bright it is in the lobby and bar areas. The tv for instance isn’t a smart tv, and only has Spanish channels. We were traveling with a baby so we were in for the night early enough, so would have loved to be able to watch a movie.

Such a small thing but it really impacted our meal experience at the buffet, the plates aren’t heated, in fact they’re actually really cold. So genuinely our breakfast and dinner were often cold by the time we sat down to enjoy it.

I also didn’t like how people were allowed to smoke in the only outdoor seating area. It’s the only place you can sit in the sun and enjoy a drink and people are smoking on top of you and young kids.

Un super séjour pour la quatrième fois.
Pros:

C’est la quatrième fois que nous venons dans cet établissement. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel.

Cons:

Je trouve un peu dommage que pour le buffet il n’y ai pas de plat halal. Même si il y avait du poisson.
Dommage que le parking n’est pas gratuit dans l’hôtel.
