Please note that bed linen is changed once a week, and towels are changed twice a week.

A daily cleaning service is included in room and apartment rates. Cleaning of kitchens and kitchenware of the apartments is not included.

Buena opción para ir con niños
Pros:

Este año he visto como los socorristas quitaban las toallas de las hamacas reservadas cosa que me parece excelente porque hemos notado mucho más sitio con respecto al año pasado. El buffet muy bien y todo en general bien. El ocio nocturno muy bien.

Cons:

Para aparcar empieza a complicarse porque ya todo es zona azul. El ocio infantil podía ser más variado.

Great vacation as usual. This is our 3rd time there. We may come again next year.
Pros:

Great swimming pools and activities. Also good food and general schedule for breakfast and dinner allows for choosing your time flexibly.
Staff are really pleasant in general and the animation folks manage to keep a general good mood in the hotel amongst all the people staying.

Cons:

Not a deal breaker at all but parking is usually not immediately available in the hotel (have to wait queue to get a spot 1 or 2 days) and maybe a little expensive, but I guess that is quite personal on what each one considers expensive 😊.

Also I find it a little too much that you have to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit for each towel and for the parking key. In our case we had 80 Euros just sitting there for the duration of our stay. If deposits were through bank card, it would be a little more convenient (if you really need to have deposits per each item, instead of one fixed amount reserved in your card for all items).

Lastly, it would be great if the hotel managed to provide more shaded areas around the swimming pools. Lots of families with kids which try to protect them from the sun, but it gets tricky sometimes to find a spot with shade.
All of them super minor things, but just to contribute with information people may find useful.

Muy buen hotel para ir con niños
Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy bien, también el buffet, y la ubicación es excelente, justo frente a una cala coqueta, limpia y con mucho encanto. Muy bien la comida y las piscinas para niños, y bien también la animación nocturna

Cons:

Las camas son terribles,muy duras, y las almohadas mucho peores. Y si no tienes plaza de parking, aparcar en la zona es directamente una tortura

Tatmin edici çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Küçük çocuklar için imkanlar gayet yeterliydi.
