La habitación en comparación con las fotos de la la página web y la dificultad para entrar en la ducha con grandes fluctuaciones en la temperatura del agua.

Si tengo que decir algo, el horario de las piscinas. Cierran muy pronto. Parece que los horarios los orientan al turismo extranjero, que por cierto, eran la gran mayoría del hotel.

A limpeza do(s) quarto(s) precisa de ser revista (a minha mulher usou outras palavras...). Bastou tirar uma mesa de cabeceira do lugar para perceber isso. Quando solicitámos uma limpeza completa do quarto, recebemos um aviso sobre fumar na habitação, porque estava um cinzeiro cheio na varanda que nem reparámos. No geral, o staff é simpático mas não parece motivado. Salou é uma zona garantidamente para malta nova curtir, não é de todo uma experiência sossegada. Os horários do hotel não ajudam muito a logística, pequeno almoço só a partir das 8h, piscinas exteriores só das 10h às 19h e interior só das 11h às 17h.

Chegamos tarde e aí entrar no quarto o mesmo tinha um pequeno lixo junto da mesa de cabeceira

Room cleaning staff didnt change the beds one of the days and we really needed after the beach. Despite being asked twice

The food options at dinner time could maybe be a bit better, possibly needs more drink options for kids at the bar for night time entertainment. Double bed in the apartment room not very comfy and ended up with a sore back. Maids only changed/made the beds once in the week we stayed, only came in and changed towels

Die Betten sind sehr hart. Der Parkplatz ist nicht unbedingt ein Schnäppchen und keinerlei 220 Volt Steckdose in der ganzen Garage (laden von E-Bikes nicht möglich)

Our family of five recently stayed at this hotel, which is rated 4 stars and 8.5/10 on Booking.com. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of these standards, and we feel compelled to share our disappointments to help future guests make informed decisions.
- Unacceptable Cleanliness: Upon arrival, we were shocked by the state of our apartment. The floor was dusty, the kitchen towel was dirty with hair on it, and the spoons were unclean. We immediately reported these issues to the reception, but two days later, nothing has been done to address them. For a 4-star hotel, this level of neglect is inexcusable.Limited - Housekeeping Service: We were informed that housekeeping would only clean our room twice a week, including towel changes. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber, especially for a family with children. Hygiene should never be compromised.
- Poor Pool Access and Hours: The indoor pool, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, was a major letdown. We were denied access because it was "too crowded," despite being paying guests. Additionally, the pool is only open from 11 AM to 5 PM, making it impossible to enjoy a morning swim or relax after a day out. These restrictions are unreasonable and inconvenient.

Final Thoughts: Given the high rating and reputation of this hotel, we expected a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and amenities. Instead, we encountered neglect, poor management, and a lack of consideration for guests' needs.
We do not recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting a 4-star experience.We hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their services for future guests.

Que en la pizzería no fueran más flexibles en alguna petición.

Beds could have been more comfortable but on the whole excellent facilities and a lovely hotel.
