Pros:

The ambient of the hotel is unique, so is the variety of guests from countries all over. Older waiters are superb. The Chefs are very happy and positive. Food is well prepared. Eating outside is also a plus, the view is marvelous. Some bees and flies do come along. Cleanliness is also a big plus here. Vita spa is so so. Saunas are ok.

Cons:

Our room was a premium one, but age of the room needs attention. Especially the shower which was unadequate, very uncomfortable, quite small for a bathroom of that size. If you like swimming it is better to go to Rogaska Riviera's pools. Gym is very small. Running track needs a pause every 5 min. Younger waiters really need to learn manners from the older colleagues. We got asked for room number on the fly but not offered a beverage each time with the meal during dinner.

Even though there were some remarks in my review we are planning to stay at this hotel next year.
Pros:

Room was comfortable . Breakfast and dinner were very good, wide choose. Room was cleaned at the right times.

Cons:

There weren’t tea or coffee equipment in the room. At dinner they offered all drinks for money. During the hot weather you want a cup of tea or coffee at room, but you have to pay for drinks. And after the 14 days stay we asked for late check out for 3 hours because of our plane was delayed , but they ignored our request and we had to sit at the hotel reception for a 3 hours, even though most of hotel’s room were empty.

Pros:

Мы не один раз были в нашем уже любимом месте. Все нравиться, все есть и для спорта и для лечения и отдыха. Ходили в горы, в бассейн, пили воду. Ждем встречи в следующем году в нашем любимом месте.

Csodaszép hotel
Pros:

Gyönyörű épület. Tetszett a sok program lehetőség (wellness, strand fürdő, koncertek a zenepavilonban, élő zene, ivókút...).

Cons:

Kutyával voltam, bejelentettem előre, 25 euró/éj, és semmit nem készítettek be neki a szobába.
Illetve amin lehetne még javítani, a tájékoztatás. Mi merre található.

Cons:

Bei der Buchung war nicht erkennbar, dass es sich bei gebuchten Abendessen um ein Buffet handelt. Wer das Ambiente einer touristischen Massenabfertigung haben möchte, ist dort gut aufgehoben.
Zimmer, Saunalandschaft und Dinner entsprechen nicht dem Preisverhältnis.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem so historischen Hotel, das an vielen Ecken an die Kaiserzeit erinnert. Auch der Garten und das ganze Ambiente im Ort. Schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Essen. Auch der Eintritt im hauseigenen Spa, wie in der nahen Therme waren inkludiert.

Die Thermen könnten etwas früher aufsperren bzw. später zusperren
