Pros:

Residence Jecna, otoparkının oldugunu belirtiyor fakat otoparkı yok. Size parking alanlarının linkini atıyor, buldugunuz yere park etmenizi istiyor, Yabancı oldugumuz için ve araba park yerinin olmadıgını öğrendiğimiz gibi rezervasyonumuzu 15 dk içinde iptal etmek zorunda kaldık.
Tesise hiç gitmedik.Hiçbir hizmet Almadık.

Otopark konusunda yanıltıldık.Tesiste kalmadık.Tesise hiç Gitmedik.Para iademizi vermeyeceklerini belirttiler.

La struttura è in una buona posizione, è silenziosa e rilassante. Arredamento e spazi molto carini.

Cons:

Ho prenotato per 2 adulti e due bambini, ma ho trovato solo 3 posti letto e la proposta dello staff di aggiungere un posto letto a 25€ al giorno. Lo trovo molto poco professionale e scorretto. Le strategie commerciali devono risultare trasparenti se una prenotazione è per 4 persone deve avere 4 posti letto. Se la struttura non lo permette bisogna rifiutare la prenotazione. La pulizia delle stanze potrebbe essere fatta in maniera più accurata.

Kiosk is easy to use and nice to have.
I had an issue with the original room and it was fixed greatly and quickly.
The rooms have a bidet, which was amazing.

Good location. Very unique, cool architecture. Our room was very good looking. Also they let us check out 30 minutes later than the planned time, which was very welcome.

Cons:

Small things, accompanied by something that I personally didn't like at all.
Small things: Limited towels, no place to put your stuff in the bathroom (absolutely zero shelves etc.), fridge not working well, balcony and doors not really cleaned (lots of webs and flies). You're given an extremely small (half a finger?) bottle of shampoo/showergel per person, and a mini soap, and nothing else. No wipes/towels except the toilet paper.
Something personally problematic for me: Hotel feels abandoned from the management side. Check in is with this automated machine. No lobby, no one to ask for something. They were not at all responsive to the messages at Bookingcom, you just get automed messages about the checkin and all but your messages are completely ignored. There is a whatsapp number that you can message, and they were sometimes very responsive and sometimes not.
It does not feel like a 4 star hotel at all. More like a fancy Airbnb.
