A comfortable and enjoyable stay, conveniently located near major attractions.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was conveniently accessible to the metro station, fast-food restaurants, and other shops. We felt very comfortable, and the room was spacious with plenty of storage space.

The staff messaged us the day before check-in, and all of my questions were answered, which was very helpful since it was my first time visiting Prague.

Cons:

There was no receptionist during our stay. It was also not possible to leave our luggage after checking out, so we couldn’t store it and come back for it later.

Lovely stay in the heart of Prague
Pros:

Lovely building and easy to access from the Main Street. Good location for main attractions. Nice green decor and a very comfy bed!

Cons:

Air conditioning unit was a little noisy in the night but we did get used to it.

Nicely appointed, huge balcony, great location
Pros:

I booked a junior suite, which was very nicely appointed and pleasant to stay in. In particular I liked the balcony, which was HUGE and looked onto a quiet courtyard. It was hot in Prague when I was there, so I also appreciated the air conditioning.

The location is great as well, just two stops on the metro from the hlavni nadrazy (main railway station). It's adjacent to the Old Town and New Town, and also very close to the really pleasant suburb of Vinohrady. Because Prague's public transport is so good, you can be in the centre in minutes. But it was also nice to be a little removed from it, because it encouraged me to explore more than just the most tourist-heavy areas. There are quite a few places to eat nearby, and mini markets that stay open late if you need to pick up anything in the evening.

Cons:

There are two things that could've been better:

1. A very irritating check-in process. You're encouraged to begin this process before you arrive, and led to believe that you sort of HAVE TO do that, but in fact you don't. You can do it all upon arrival. However, if you do check in online, you're asked to provide a digital signature and other personal information to an unfamiliar third-party company, with no way of knowing whether their servers are secure. Then when you arrive, you have to deal with a check-in kiosk which doesn't always register your touch correctly, so it will take you to the wrong screen or choose the wrong language for you. It's all a bit of a mess - the hotel should just pay a uni student to be on reception instead of paying the tech company.

2. Water pressure in the shower was very weak.

I want to say, though, that these things didn't hugely compromise my enjoyment of this place, and I really liked it overall.

Prima, maar het meest essentiele was juist de minpunt: een goed bed
Pros:

Locatie, makkelijk online inchecken, schone kamer

Cons:

Bed matras zeer oncomfortabel, slecht op geslapen. Zou daarin investeren.
Er is geen contact met personeel, alles online. Ze bieden een taxi aan, maar als je op aanbod ingaat, na meerdere herhaling geen response.
