Excellent hotel in a fab location
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic hotel in a great location, was spotlessly clean, pleasant staff, food was excellent with plentiful choices, good entertainment, could usually get a sunbed

Cons:

Sunbeds around main pools really tight together cant move or turn them, no tables and chairs in the sun all in the shade, and also too many trees around pool area so alot of shading in areas

Solide aber ich würde nicht wieder kommen
Pros:

Sehr sauber - gute Zimmerreinigung.

Cons:

Sehr gebrauchtes und altes Equipment - das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es Bedarf neue Liegen und die TV‘s funktionieren nicht. Auch ein Doppelbett, dass wir extra angefragt hatten haben wir nicht bekommen.

Fijne ervaring!
Pros:

Erg goede ligging. Alles is lopend bereikbaar maar toch privé omdat het in een zijstraat ligt. Op de hoek zit een Nederlandse tent waar je kan eten en drinken.
Hotel is erg Hygiënisch.. De vloer blinkt, de wc's ruiken altijd lekker en er is geen stof te zien..
Mooie inrichting van het hotel en ontzettend lekker eten. Altijd warm, gaar en gevarieerd. Iedere dag wat anders bij het diner wat het voor iedereen lekker maakt.
Housekeeping en personeel was heel vriendelijk.
Iedere avond was er live entertainment zoals zangers en acrobaten..
Wij hebben de auto 15 dagen geparkeerd bij Parking Salou S.L wat op ongeveer 15 minuten loopafstand ligt.
Supermarkt zit recht tegenover het hotel wat enorm makkelijk is!
Prijzen zijn erg goed en aan het hotel zit ook een Koffiebar waar evt. Gerookt mag worden.
Hotel heeft een bibliotheek waar boeken geleend kunnen worden en een fitnesszaaltje.
Zwembaden zijn aangenaam, wel wat kouder dan de zee. Bubbelbaden zijn fijn en de waterval is een leuke toevoeging.
De kamer had een kluis , minibar, Fohn, en TV met casting opties voor YouTube, Netflix, Videoland en Prime video. Er is geen waterkoker aanwezig. Bedden waren erg fijn. Badkamer had bodylotion, shampoo, conditioner, bodymilk en douchegel. Daarnaast ook Dental kits met tandenborstel en tandpasta.

Het hotel werkt met bandjes waar geld op gezet kan worden om te betalen, of pinpas. Cash wordt niet aangenomen. Roken is niet toegestaan in het gehele hotel naast de aangewezen plekken en de Koffiebar.

Cons:

Weinig plek aan het zwembad.. Te weinig ligbedden voor het aantal gasten.
Ook tijdens entertainment te weinig zitplekken voor de gasten.

Dissapointing- not a 4 star !

Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Bathroom was in state of bad repair. Shower screen not long enough or fit for purpose as water kept spilling onto floor. Bad smell of sewage in bathroom. Grouting on tiles was badly done. Black hair found in shower and was still there on day we left. Paper thin walls as could hear snoring/ coughing in next room. Fridge noise kept us wake most nights. Dirty tiles on balcony. Poor evening entertainment. Room very tired and need of a makeover. Not a 4 star.

Es un hotel que se nota que esta semireformado..Mas apariencia que otra cosa. No tiene buffet de calidad. Bueno es que nada es de calidad. Falta hervidor y cafetera en la habitacion. Y mejor lo dejo ahí.....

Просторный аккуратный номер, по требованию всегда убирались хорошо. Сам отель отличный и персонал доброжелательный. Каждый вечер разнообразная вечерняя программа. Еда великолепная, на ужин каждый день что-то новое. Есть два бассейна на территории, но мы ходили на море
