La décoration de l'entrée et de l'espace repos intérieur et extérieur. Le système d'ouverture avec bracelet c'est super pratique.

L’établissement est très propre, proche de la plage et du parc port aventura.

Cons:

Le seul bémol, est l’heur de dîner car le restaurant de l’hôtel ferme à 21h30.

Pros:

Trato perfecto,del personal,tanto de servicio como el de limpieza, ( especialmente Juani, su trato con los huéspedes es exquisito.
Muy limpia la habitación y muy cómodos los colchones y , ningún ruido molesto.
La estancia muy agradable.

Cons:

Primero decir ,que el aire acondicionado solo lo ponían ciertas horas del día , así que había momentos que en la habitación hacía mucha calor, lo hablé con el responsable de recepción, y me dijo que era normativa así, que hemos pasado calor en un hotel de cuatro estrellas superior, el cual ponía habitación con aire acondicionado, pero no ponía según que horas..
Y por otro lado imposible coger una tumbona en la piscina. Cuando la abrían iban a la carrera a poner las toallas, y después una vez cogidas se marchaban a desayunar, así que dos días sin poder coger tumbona en la piscina.
También lo dijimos en recepción, y si que admitieron que eso estaba pasando y que les decían que no se podía hacer, pero por otro lado la contestación es que eran clientes que llevaban más de 20 años viniendo a ese hotel. Así que si eres antiguo vale todo y no hay para ti normas a acatar, pero si eres cliente nuevo gas de callar e irte a la playa.
Así que en estos dos aspectos muy mal.
El comedor no tiene mucha comida variada ,pero si es verdad que la que tiene está bastante bien.
Pero yo solo por esas dos circunstancias no volveré a repetir en este establecimiento.

Tranquilo y buena ubicación
Pros:

Todo correcto. La habitación con una terraza grande y vistas a la piscina. La tv también muy grande y la habitación muy limpia. Tanto el desayuno como la cena, mucha variedad y todo rico. Lo mejor la zona de la azotea, muy tranquila, pero la piscina poco profunda.

Cons:

Que no tuviera parking, ya que estaba en obras. Y a la hora de las cenas, las camareras no pasaban a menudo a recoger los platos de las mesas, y eso que no había mucha gente...

Pros:

sijainti, yleinen siisteys, ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Cons:

Kylpyhuoneessa oli vahva virtsan haju, vaikka sitä siivottiin. Haju oli todella pistävä.
Meillä oli puolihoito, aamiainen ihan ok, mutta kasviksia vain kurkku ja haalean punaista tomaattia. Yhtenä aamuna jäävuorisalaatin silppua. Hedelmiä oli tarjolla ja yhtenä aamuna mansikoita. Muita tuoreita marjoja ei ollut.
Illallinen vähän laimea, suurin osa valmiista ruoasta oli 'kastikkeissa'. Kokki paistoi kalaa ja lihaa. Jäin kaipaamaan pelkkää pastaa, riisiä ja perunaa ilman kastikkeita. Kanaa ei saanut kokin paistamana, vaan se oli valmiina kastikkeissa.

Jälkiruoat illallispöydässä oli valmiskakkuja, jotka olivat ilmeisesti pakastimesta. Kaikki maistui samalle vetisella sokerille. Onneksi oli jäätelöä pikareissa.

Ruokalautaset korjattiin pöydästä niin nopeasti, ettei ehtinyt edes lautasta syödä tyhjäksi.

Disappointed I will not return and will not recommend and it would prevent me from booking H10 for future vacation.
Pros:

It was clean , comfortable and nice helpful staff.

Cons:

I did not think the food was to the same standard of H10 hotels that I stayed in previously. You would not be hungry or would you ever look forward to meal times. I felt a lot of the food was cheaper options, cold and tasteless. Good effort put into deserts.

Pros:

My partner and I booked a spontaneous trip for a long weekend and we just wanted somewhere clean to put our heads down and not far from the strip .
We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel on such short notice at a great price.
At 24 we were definitely the youngest people staying there, the age group was 60-80s but we didn’t mind it just meant peace and quiet and a clean place.
From the bar to the cleanness of the bathroom everything was top notch.
Loads of great restaurants and a five minute walk to the beach and there’s a supermarket right next door.
Hopefully we’ll be back next year if we get a good deal,
Couldn’t fault the place.
Also tv was great had Netflix and Disney we just had to sign in.
Also the cleaners were always smiling and friendly too!
