room was excellent and within easy walking distance of Hampden stadium for a concert. Evening meal for good (not amazing) and breakfast was full cooked and okay.

Perfect.
Pros:

small room on 2nd (to us, the 3rd) - a bit of a climb - but very comfortable and clean. Quiet except for the bass lines of band doing sound checks across the road for series of concerts the next four nights; I'm just glad the concerts didn't start that night! Anyway, they quit before too long, so all good. Bathroom was sparkling and the shower was not temperamental as some showers can be! Breakfast in morning was good. And they called a taxi for me in the morning ... first time I've ever requested that. Cool!

Cons:

Nothing, really. It's just what we needed. I am afraid, however, that I may have left my walking stick there -- if I did, I hope they will let me know. They don't have to send it to me, but I am just very curious as to where I left it. I might have left it at the Sainsbury or the Marks & Spencer near Battlefield, both of which I visited after checking in on Wednesday the 26th.

Fab hotel, lovely staff, super location.
Pros:

Room was great, very comfortable, great facilities - kettle and tea and coffee making kit, lovely en-suite, hot shower, lovely products in the bathroom, fairly newly decorated, very comfortable bed and pillows, hairdryer, iron and small ironing board in the wardrobe.

Cons:

The only thing to warn others, my room was on the 2nd (top) floor and there’s no lift. Manageable for me as I only had small bags, but there was a clatter in the morning as people were dragging their suitcases down the stairs!

Pros:

Great price

Cons:

Taking a £50 deposit/holding fee to be held by your bank for 7-10 working days, just why? I mean who does that these days…

Pros:

I like the location overlooking a park.

Cons:

I did not like that I there was a 50 pound deposit required. I have never experienced this before. I did get it back the next morning which was good I expected it to take longer.
