Gute Unterkunft in schöner, ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Bus Station vor der Tür. Sehr freundliches und Hilfsbereites Personal. Schönes Gebäude. Zum Glück kleiner Lift vorhanden, falls man oben wohnt und Gepäck hat.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider für mich nichts, da ich aif Zucker/ Kohlehydrate achten muss. Wer dieses Problem nicht hat, findet sicher etwas.

Bei den Doppelbetten wären 2 kleinere Decken sinnvoller als 1 Große Decke.

The lady on the front desk when I arrived was most helpful.

Cons:

Twin room was boiling, I couldn't open the window by much, they did provide a fan, which didnt do much to cool the room. Cold shower in the night snd cold shower in the morning, was awake most of the night due to people singing and shouting outside until 1am, then woken at 7am by a house/ burglar alarm, cleaner were going around at 7.30am making noises, no tea,/ coffee facilities in my room. Also I discovered there were socks left under the bed. I complained at front desk this morning with all of my concerns and it wasn't worth £145 a night i was charged, this is including a £20 parking fee. He said he would let the manager know, ive also emailed them and ive not heard back today since I left this morning.

Building beautiful, stunning 😍 very clean
Fab breakfast choice

Cons:

noisy at night but can't be helped as on a main road, I slept ok 😴 however daughter didn't.
Would definitely stay again though

Zeer vriendlijk en behupzaam. Ik had een foute boeking gemaakt, dit werd keurig opgelost !

Cons:

Hygiene, m.n. de gedeelde badkamer: 2 dagen lagen er haren op de grond, in de douche en zelfs op de kraan

フロアごとに水回り共有ではありましたが、非常に清潔で満足でした。荷物預かりや冷蔵庫の使用（フロントに預ける）についても受け入れていただけました。何よりもスタッフの方がとても親切で人当たりがよく、安心して過ごすことができました。

Cons:

部屋が狭く、大型のキャリーケースを２つ開けるにはソファなどを移動させる必要がありました。また、冷房がなく、窓も数センチしか開かない設計のため、部屋が外よりも暑い状態でした。しかし、フロントに頼むと扇風機の貸し出しに応じていただけました。

Gleich neben der Holland Park Underground. Tolles Gebäude.
Wir hatten ein kleines, aber ordentlich Zimmer mit WC/Bad am Gang. Beides sehr gepflegt und ausreichend für eine Nacht. Gepäck kann nach dem Check out noch in der Unterkunft bleiben. Personal sehr entgegenkommend
