Pros:

The staff was absolutely exceptional, Daniela and her team were above and beyond!
Love the location, love the rooftop pool! Great breakfast, but exceptional details in the staff. We had a medical situation and they were truly above and beyond - Daniela, Giovani, Ciro, Max, Luca and the team, such a blessing in such an unfortunate situation

Also loved the secret garden

Wonderful hotel!!
Pros:

Beautiful, clean and elegant hotel. The staff was extremely helpful giving us travel tips and arranging rides. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff could not have been nicer. The rooftop lounge and pool was beautiful, drinks were great and the view was spectacular. Wonderful location near restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to come back.

Had an amazing stay at the Grand Hotel La Favorita in Sorrento!
The hotel is right in the heart of the city, close the marina, restaurants, and local attractions in the historical centre.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of - they were ready with recommendations, maps and helped up book boat tours and cooking classes! The level of service throughout the hotel was really exceptional, including the attentive and friendly restaurant and bar team.

The rooms were elegant, clean and quiet! The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of fresh options. I was looking forward to my croissant and cappuccino every morning.

Overall, a truly luxurious and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend the Grand Hotel La Favorita to anyone visiting Sorrento and would gladly stay there again.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location
Pros:

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location, a great restaurant both overlooking and in the garden with lemon trees. Lots of beautiful ceramics on all floors typical of Italian maiolica pottery. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the main part of Sorrento.

Lovely Central Hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel with excellent location in Sorrento. The hotel is beautifully decorated in the local style and the rooms and amenities are excellent. Service from staff was excellent particularly the staff at reception.

Cons:

A small niggle which is probably specific to me- I was a bit disappointed with breakfast particularly given the excellent reviews it received from other guests. The main focus was on pastries and sweet items which probably caused the rave reviews however I have a more savoury palate and felt there could have been a wider choice of cheeses, meats and hot items
