The staff was really helpful. Room was big, nice and super clean. Breakfast could be improved in terms of quality of the patisserie and bread.
The food at the rooftop bar is really poor. Ordered a shrimp bao that was basically bao bread with two small shrimps and tons of mayo.

We had ultimately best time at Grand Hotel La Favorita. The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean with a perfect location. The amenities in the hotel and rooms were exceptional. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. No task to great. They assisted with tour reservations, restaurant reservations & recommendations and everything in between. The pool was amazing in the Summer heat. We loved our stay and cant wait to return.

The location is awesome! And the hotel has transportation to the marina or port and that help a lot since we didn’t have to worry about getting a taxi or paying for the transportation.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff is warm, attentive, and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. The restaurants were excellent, and the pool area is simply stunning. Watching the sunset from the rooftop pool deck was one of the highlights of our trip—it was truly breathtaking. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend Grand Hotel La Favorita to anyone visiting Sorrento!
The hotel was fundamental to a great holiday. Great location, friendly staff, beautiful room, lovely views of Vesuvius and the bay from beautiful roof top bar and pool. Very nice menu in the rooftop bar and calm and lovely breakfast.
Beautiful hotel in heart of Sorrento with lemon trees and rooftop pool/hotel bar. Wonderful way to end our vacation in Italy. Hotel staff is phenomenal and goes above and beyond to accommodate your comfort.
