Beautiful but loud
Pros:

Beautiful, great location, nice pool. Beautiful rooms

Cons:

It was loud at night. Sound carries. People staying there could not stay quiet and rooms are not sound proofed.

Great hotel and excellent staff!
Pros:

Excellent hotel! Perfect service experience, the best I've ever seen. They want to help you with everything at any moment, even with issues that are not related to the hotel at all. This is true for the entire staff, from the reception desk, through the dining room and bar, to parking the car and transferring the luggage.
For example, we planned to end our trip in Sorrento and leave on the ferry in the morning, and we had to return the rental car with which we arrived from Naples two days earlier at about the same time. Andrea from the reception desk was amazing and took care of everything was needed with the car rental company, including having the company representative come to the hotel to collect the car.

I miss it already - will be back again
Pros:

I loved the location of the property and the facilities! The staff were lovely and the room was amazing. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time and the view from the room was everything I wanted and more.

Cons:

Only complaint would be about the wait on the rooftop for drinks/ service. The staff seemed to be able to make themselves appear busy but they definitely weren’t (I’ve worked in hospitality for 6 years and know when someone is busy vs pretending to be).

Pros:

The location of the property is magical, simple steps away from the gorgeous seaside in Sorrento or steps into the heart of town. Even though it was steps away from both, once you stepped into the hotel you felt as though you were in your own oasis away from everything just enjoying the property.

Cons:

As a family we were booked to have 2 separate rooms. The rooms are quite large we could have absolutely had a separate bed placed into our 2nd room and been able to sleep all 4 of us. This really elevated the cost when we did not have to pay for 2 rooms.

Great three night stay in a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

From the time we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff handled our car and our luggage. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located right near the center of Sorrento, so we were able to walk everywhere. It was very warm during our stay and the rooftop pool was much appreciated. The breakfast was wonderful. All in all this was one of the very best hotels at which my wife and I have ever stayed.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

La Favorita is beautiful 5star hotel sadly didn’t feel like one.
Pros:

This was beautiful property that was very well taken care of in a convenient location. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated with a balcony. Beautiful rooftop pool with incredible views that made you feel you were right on the water. (Sadly the pool closes every day at 6:30)
5star breakfast in a garden setting that had everything to offer with very attentive staff.

Cons:

This was a 5 star hotel and it just didn’t feel like one. Although staff were friendly, they just didn’t go out of their way to be attentive without being pushed.
This was our first trip to Sorrento and we splurged to have a special experience and sadly we just didn’t feel that way.

Absolutely amazing hotel away from the daily hustle and bustle of busy Capri.
Pros:

The staff was more than accommodating. We actually wanted to extend our original booking and they were more than willing to assist but needed to move to a different room (which was a surprise upgrade😊)

Cons:

Can’t think of one thing!

Beautiful hotel, great location, wonderful breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy walking distance to shopping, square, restaurants. Rooftop Pool was clean and great food and drinks. Would stay again.

Luxurious stay in a great Italian location
Pros:

Excellent accommodations in a great location in Sorrento! Especially convenient for excursions to Capri and the Amalfi coast and the bay of Salerno and Ravello. Verizon pleasant terrace pool and bar for relaxation.
