La recepción es lo único bueno que se puede decir.

Cons:

El lavavajillas roto, la habitación de matrimonio era una cama individual y una cama plegable. La ducha no se podía colgar, muy incómodo, además que el tapón del desagüe no dejaba bajar el agua y le sumas que la bañera era muy alta. Había telarañas por toda la habitación, tanto por fuera como por dentro. Por último la moqueta de los pasillos hace mucho tiempo que no la limpian, da un aspecto muy desagradable y sucio.

El personal muy agradable

Cons:

La ducha necesita que la arreglen, no nos pudimos duchar con comodidad porque estaba roto lo que la agarra. Además el dispositivo que hace de tapón no funcionaba y tuve que quitarlo con la mano. Estas cosas las deben arreglar. No es céntrico, pero tampoco está tan lejos y tienes estación de tren y tranvía a 10 minutos andando. Zona tranquila.

Très bonne expérience! Parfait pour un court séjour en famille.
Pros:

Super accueil à la reception
climatisation allumée à notre arrivée, c'était très confortable surtout avec des chaleurs caniculaires
Logement très confortable.
Petit déjeuner au top avec d'excellents produits

Cons:

Presence de cheveux dans le siphon de la douche à notre arrivée. Pas terrible!!

Good place to stay but with some air-con issues
Pros:

We like the proximity to the train station and to be close to the city centre without being in the middle of it all. Also a major factor we booked here is that there's air-conditioning in the room.

Cons:

The first room we were allocated the ac was faulty and didn't work. We did get a fan but it only stirred up the hot air and didn't cool at all so after 2 nights we were moved to a bigger room where the air-con did work however not to the full capacity. It wasn't as cooling as it had been when we stayed here last year. We did notice vans from an air-con company outside the hotel in the following days so I guess they were trying to get it fixed.
