Pool and rooftop terrace operations on December 31:
The pool will close at 12:00 PM on December 31 and reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1;
Due to preparations for and the celebration of the New Year's party, the rooftop terrace will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1.
On New Year's Eve, access to the rooftop terrace will be restricted to guests/customers holding a ticket for the party.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The location is great.
Breakfast is not adequate for anyone with dietary restrictions. I have celiac disease and emailed the property in advance requesting gluten free options. They said they would accommodate, but what I got was only one option per day which was "wheat free" and vegan - this is not necessarily gluten free as gluten is found in other ingredients, so I was not able to eat that food, which looked really sad anyways. The rest of the food has no labels whatsoever. The bare minimum should be having good labels so people with dietary restrictions can make decisions.
