totale mancanza di sicurezza, sono stato rapinato davanti l'hotel, l'addetto alla sicurezza piuttosto che stare fuori come tutti gli hotel in quella zona era dentro a giocare con il suo telefonino, veramente un servizio pessimo per un hotel a 4 stelle, sconsiglio vivamente di alloggiare in questo hotel e consiglio di prendere provvedimenti seri per il personale che non svolge il proprio lavoro

L'emplacement est canon dans Copacabana avec vue sur la plage. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, le petit-déjeuner très bon (le meilleur que nous ayons eu au Brésil). Le personnel disponible et agréable.

Cons:

Les serviettes de piscine pourraient être plus grandes, elles ne couvrent pas la totalité du transat.

Esqueci minhas joias ( 2 anéis de ouro com diamante) e um colar de ouro com pingente de coração com diamante. Qd lembrei que havia esquecido liguei pro hotel e simplesmente não acharam mais no quarto. Até o momento não tive retorno da gerência, liguei diversas vezes não me deixaram falar com a gerência. Só consegui falar com a recepção que afirma que não acharam nada no meu quarto 210. Um absurdo. Nunca mais me hospedo neste hotel e vou entrar na justiça para ver se consigo diminuir meu prejuízo
