The best stay in Copacabana - the warmest staff
Pros:

The location is perfect, just in front of Copacabana Beach. The breakfast is great, it has so many delicious options. The room was beautiful, the best ocean view. The staff is really kind and are always there for you.

Cons:

There was mold deep inside the closet in the low drawers. It wasn't a problem for me (as I didn't use those drawers), but it should be cleaned.

Nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel was really nice and only a 2min walk away from the beach. There are also markets nearby. The staff were very nice and helpful. I booked all my tours through the hotel, which turned out to be perfect. I wish I could remember their names, but the staff that worked from June 9-14, thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. I will definitely stay here again

Excellent staff, amazing view and very comfortable
Pros:

Excellent treatment provided by the staff in all moments. Always very friendly and with a smile on the face. The security staff by the main entrance is also very professional and polite at all times (24/7).

Cons:

Due to the season chosen for our visit, the breakfast area was always very busy. Even though, the staff did not allow any food/item to be missed. They were always working hard to serve everyone at all times, until the last minute.
