La propreté était passable. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, je m’attendais à un niveau de service et de propreté nettement supérieur. L’établissement est gigantesque, ce qui explique peut-être en partie ces difficultés, mais cela ne justifie pas ce manque de qualité.

Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment décevant au regard du prix demandé. Il y avait énormément de monde et l’organisation n’était pas à la hauteur. Un matin, l’attente était tellement importante que nous avons finalement renoncé à y aller.

Being asked to pay a service charge on room service...seemed a little over the top ...we already paid a tray charge .....I think you should rethink that policy
