Great breakfast, superb location, but for the stars and price I excepted more , especially compared to our previous stay

Cons:

In the common areas and the coffee-bar areas the air conditioning was way to high to feel comfortable. Due to the high occupancy the cleaning & various details of our stay were not like the previous time that we visit the hotel. Slow service at the reception, our family was split to different floors even though I had requested the 2 rooms to be at least near. At the corridor, on 4th floor for 3 days a cleaning brush was left there.
