Nice hotel but very dark inside
Pros:

Location to where we needed to be was good and hotel was very clean

Cons:

The rooms and corridors are quite dark found it difficult to see things. The lights in the room could be brighter. Check in was dreadfully slow, the self check in did not work but payment happened to be taken twice.

Pros:

Clean rooms, good location for local hospital stay. Staff good and restaurant decent. Would be excellent for tourists with close proximity to Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.

Cons:

Big and corporate but that was no surprise.

It was amazing.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is unique. The Big Ben can be seen from the lobby and room. The Big Ben, Thames river, and London Eye are in a easy walking distance. It is very convenient to take bus, tube and train from the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast might be a little bit richer.

Complaints
Pros:

There were a number of problems in the room more in the bathroom. Sink didn't drain properly
Hand wash dispenser didn't work. Hand cream dispenser empty. Toilet bowl needed cleaning. No hot water from the sink only tepid. Door to the Bathroom needed cleaning.
Security lock on door didn't work. 3 pin plug socket for Hairdryer was inconveniently placed to us mirror at the same time.

Booked to use a spa that was not open with no communication and centipedes
Pros:

We wanted a spa stay, this wasn’t cheap but when we arrived they never informed it wasn’t open. We went down with robes and the lady at the desk smirked and said it’s closed there was also centipedes running around bathroom
