All credit card transactions will incur a 1.5% surcharge. Majestic Minima Hotel does not have reception staff. For check-in, please make your way to the Majestic Old Lion Apartments at 9 Jerningham Street, North Adelaide. Reception hours are 7.00 am to 10.00 pm, and we guarantee check-in from 2.00 pm. Please let us know if you are arriving after 9.00 pm. Parking is available at Majestic Minima Hotel in our secure on-site car park at $15 per night. We recommend booking in advance as spaces are limited.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Intoxicated man roamed the halls and tried to break in to rooms all night. My worst hotel stay!

The property has no on-site receptionist. During the night a man roamed the halls of the first floor all night (from 11 pm to 6 am), clearly intoxicated, and attempted to open doors to different rooms several times. He was noisy, aggressive and at one point even fell asleep in the hall. Reception (offsite) doesnt answer the phone after 10pm.

Pros:

I thought it was a very nice and clean facility. Lots of rooms and very well priced. Very impressed and will definitely book again.

Very good, and would go back for future stays
Pros:

Good location, price was competitive, shops and food close by and walking distance

Cons:

Overall everything was good. To mention a very minor thing about the opening of the shower screen door. You have get the rollers in the right position so that the screen door slides easily in the open and close positions.

Good location. Very central for north Adelaide & CBD appointments. Appreciate the dedicated smokers balcony at the front of level 2

Room smelt very dusty, shower head so calcified water went everywhere but on your body, mattress was very hard
