All credit card transactions will incur a 1.5% surcharge. Majestic Minima Hotel does not have reception staff. For check-in, please make your way to the Majestic Old Lion Apartments at 9 Jerningham Street, North Adelaide. Reception hours are 7.00 am to 10.00 pm, and we guarantee check-in from 2.00 pm. Please let us know if you are arriving after 9.00 pm. Parking is available at Majestic Minima Hotel in our secure on-site car park at $15 per night. We recommend booking in advance as spaces are limited.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Walking alone in the dark!
Cons:

The spare blanket in the cupboard absolutely stunk of bad body odour, couldn't use it. The carpets are heavily stained and stink. The fact that I booked a reservation parking spot only to be told when checking in at their other location, due to it being nearly 10pm, that there was no parking availability where I was staying and had to park at the check-in location. Solo female carrying luggage in the rain and dark is not acceptable. Let alone that I suffer from severe anxiety, did not benefit the situation. The host should review who is staying where and check if its safe to let the person walk alone in the dark.

Two things: 1. The bed was broken. One of the wheels was literally not attached and the bed was therefore tipped to that side. I took a photo almost as soon as we entered the room. I advised the property and they did not even respond. 2. The property took a $150 security deposit that they STILL have not returned. They say it takes the bank 14 days to return the deposit (certainly not what they said when they actually took the deposit). I have never come across such a delay and think it is unacceptable. I won't stay with this property group again.

Location excellent

Cons:

Very noisy, only 2 TV channels to choose from, volume must have been set to certain level, could not hear over a band playing somewhere, small room and limited supplies.

Pros:

Room was clean and tidy, well presented.
Staff very helpful with carparking and helping me to change room when my TV did'nt work. Thankyou!

Cons:

Very small room, bed only just fit. If there was a fridge I couldn't find it, same with milk.
Bathroom also very small, with limited space for personal items.

Easy, cheap city getaway.
Pros:

I just needed a place to stay after a night out with friends in Adelaide and this is a perfect location. An easy taxi or Uber ride and only a short walk if you have the time from the centre of Adelaide.

Tiny room 13sqm(2×6.5). Shower head terrible, clean, bed good
Pros:

Location was good.
Bed was comfortable
Nice and clean

Cons:

Size of the room and things in it
The shower head threw the water everywhere except on you.
No table or chair, just a tiny bed side thing, only a single person room 13 sqm room, no 7 on tv
Definitely only a solo travelers room
