Staff were great and accomodating.

Cons:

Incredibly loud music from another room at a very late hour. Not sure if staff sorted or another guest but didn’t last too long.

Staff need more training.
Pros:

The hotel room was what was expected. Its small, but is fine for one night stay. Carpets have some staining and shower is not great pressure.

Cons:

The room was cheap but they take a $150 deposit on arrival ontop of price of room, I was advised this would be back in our account in 2 business days when checking in. When checking out I was then told it would take 7 - 14 business days. The deposit was more than what we paid for the room. You dont expect to rent a room that is cheap and end up paying more than you would in a luxury hotel. We wouldn't stay again because of this. The staff need more training and need to all be on the same pages aswell.

Not worth the money I paid.
Pros:

Many different noises heard inside the room at night
Cars coming through
people pulling trolley (sounds like, not sure what noise)
Noise from the AC and also the toilet
And sound of the spring in the bed

Cons:

Noise make it hard to fall asleep
No offer of drinking water
Shower head not good and shower room so small water wet everywhere
Lighting very poor.
If bed is comfy that will cancel many of the cons. The bed is wobbly and can hear the spring shows it needs to change.

Ok
Pros:

The bed was good, lovely shampoo and body wash. Room clean and cheerful.

Cons:

I enquired about parking and was told parking couldn’t be reserved, when I responded to find out the alternative if no parking, did not get a response. I had to park off site which when travelling alone was a little unnerving when it was night time. To be honest I really didn’t enjoy having to book I at a different location and then take my luggage to the hotel by foot in the dark night. Further, when wanting to go into hotel, I had to seek a safe place to wait in nearby pizza shop as there were two males hovering at the curb near the door, whilst I originally sort of waited for them to move, they then moved directly to the doors to enter, and looked out at me every so often. Was really quite stressful. Eventually it appeared they left, but made me question the safety aspect as this site has no on site staff present.
