Pros:

We had a very positive experience at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. We were given a spacious room with a beautiful view, where we could truly relax in comfort. Another big plus was the very good food served in the hotel restaurant.
Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during our stay. The hotel informed us about this one day before our arrival, which was a little disappointing as we had been looking forward to using the pool area. However, we really appreciated the way the hotel handled the situation. As compensation, we received a voucher to use in the hotel restaurant, which was a very nice gesture.
Despite the pool being unavailable, we have very good memories of our stay. The excellent service, cleanliness, comfortable room, beautiful view and good food made our stay very enjoyable, and we would gladly return to this hotel again.

Tunnelmallinen hotelli
Pros:

Huoneesta oli hieno näkymä Ylläksen rinteeseen. Kylpylässä tunnelmallinen poreallas. Aamupala oli hyvä! Toista kertaa jo majoituimme täällä.

Cons:

Huoneessa ei ollut jääkaappia, mutta huoneinfossa mainittiin yhteiskäytössä oleva jääkaappi. Itse säilytimme jääkaappitavarat parvekkeella. :D
