AMAZING STAY
Pros:

Amazing property with such convenient access to Zion National Park, room was exceptional and would 100% recommend! Worth it all. Bathroom was fantastic, bed was super comfortable and had pool/Zion views. Pool was also super great.

Extremely disappointing hospitality
Pros:

We were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay at Hotel De Novo by Hilton, especially considering the price per night. The hotel itself is ok, our room was spacious, and the location and surroundings are absolutely beautiful. However, those were really the main highlights for us.

Cons:

First of all, the hotel has no elevator, which we found very surprising for a hotel in this category. What made this even more disappointing was that no assistance with our luggage was offered as an alternative. When guests are expected to carry their suitcases up the stairs themselves, you would at least expect the hotel to compensate for the lack of an elevator with attentive service.

Unfortunately, the overall hospitality was equally disappointing. The staff did not come across as particularly friendly or welcoming, which was a stark contrast to the warm hospitality we experienced almost everywhere else during our trip through the United States. At check-out, nobody even asked how our stay had been. We simply never really felt like valued guests.

We were also surprised by how many small amenities were either unavailable or restricted, especially at this price point. Bathroom amenities were very minimal, hotel slippers were not available, not even by request, and even complimentary bottled water was apparently reserved for (higher-tier) Hilton members.

From a hospitality and marketing perspective, this felt particularly strange. For example, at a Marriott property we stayed at just before this, we were welcomed with a complimentary bag containing drinks and snacks and were invited to become members. That made us feel appreciated and actually encouraged loyalty. Restricting something as basic as water unless a guest has a certain membership status creates exactly the opposite feeling.

It seems that some of these shortcomings go beyond the individual employees and reflect management decisions about the level of service and amenities offered. Unfortunately, those decisions make the experience feel unnecessarily cost-conscious for a hotel charging these rates.

For the price, we expected a completely different level of hospitality, service and attention to detail. Beautiful property and location, but unfortunately we cannot recommend it based on our experience.

Pros:

L'hotel è veramente bello e nuovo. Le camere molto confortevoli con una super doccia e il terrazzino. Bella anche la piscina. Si percepisce che c'è grande cura nella gestione. Non avevamo la colazione inclusa ma la sera abbiamo cenato al rinomato ristorante... buono ma forse un po' troppo sopravvalutato.

Pros:

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Nous plus grand regret est de ne pas y être restés plus longtemps. Magnifique chambre. Magnifique piscine offrant une vue splendide sur le parc ! Nous y reviendrions les yeux fermés !

Un très bon séjour
Pros:

La chambre était très agréable, très propre . L'environnement est très beau et la magnifique piscine très appréciable. L'emplacement excellent avec la proximité de la navette pour le parc qui permettait de laisser la voiture.

Cons:

Dommage qu'il manque un micro-onde dans la chambre et que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas compris au regard du prix.
