Fumigar un poco en los camastros habia hormiguitas.

Al llegar me hizo esperar mas de media hora y todavía me dijo que tenia que esperar mi turno hasta que acomodará unos excursionistas, mi reservación la hice con 3 meses de anticipación y me querían dar una habitación primer y séptimo piso, muy mala atención.

Las habitaciones carecen de armario, mate una cucaracha, baño olía a drenaje, muy poca iluminación, TV muy chica.

El desayuno malísimo y demasiada gente con poco lugar donde sentarse
Nos gusto la alberca, muy limpia, no dejan consumir alimentos y está perfecto. También el acceso a la playa. El personal muy amable. Nos encantó la ubicación.
Esperaba un poco más de confort por el precio. No me gustó que el desayuno estuviera prácticamente en el lobby, los alimentos muy básicos, pero lo necesarios.
En las habitaciones, no sé si es porque no tienen ventilación, pero el aire lo debes poner muy fuerte y es un poco molesto descansar con el ruido.
Cómo fuimos en periodo vacacional, tardaron mucho en tener listas nuestras habitaciones, sin embargo nos ofrecieron hacer más tarde el check out.

El personal te atiende de manera poco familiar, el WiFi pésimo y el estacionamiento es para muy pocos automóviles y te piden que lo estaciones en un terreno a un lado del hotel pero no cuenta con vigilancia
