Pros:

Alojamiento muy céntrico. En un barrio bastante seguro del centro de Roma. 10mins andando de la estación Roma termini. En taxi menos de 3mins. Personal amable, gran servicio.

Loved Eddie!
Pros:

Loved the receptionist, Eddie. He was so helpful. Went over and beyond to get us a room when our flight got cancelled last minute and we even got the date of our booking wrong as we were in a stressful situation. He was solution oriented, kind and super friendly and managed to find us a room. and even give great dinner recommendation nearby and arrange a late taxi! made what was a stressful last night at Rome a pleasant one thanks to Eddie
