Pros:

Studio propre et fonctionnel. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Possibilité de garer le parking en souterrain. Proximité du centre ville. Piscine appréciable, propre.

Outdated hotel, minimal comfort and infrastructure for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Cons:

For a four star hotel it lacks a couple of things. Pour quality towels and linings. Outdated rooms and furniture ( e.g who paints doors gray today, it looks like a factory). Breakfast cannot be booked but you can buy it onsite. It is not outstanding, but for the price it is honest and acceptable.

La proposition du parking était super car le stationnement est très compliqué à Strasbourg mais j’aurais aimé avoir la possibilité de réserver la place de parking avant mon arrivée pour être sûr d’avoir une place de parking mais l’hôtel ne faut pas on le sait que une fois arrivee sur place

Pros:

Chambre très propre. Lit confortable personnel accueillant et toujours disponible. Petit déjeuner très garnis. La carte du restaurant est petite mais c’est très bien cuisiné. La piscine est très agréable et les horaires sont très étendus. L’emplacement est parfait 15 minutes du centre ville a pied.

Cons:

Une machine à café qui fonctionne avec un vrai café long.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay, and Excellent Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Strasbourg. The location is one of the best things about it — it is very strategic and close to the train and bus stations, which made it easy for me to travel around and even visit nearby cities in different countries.

The room was much better than I expected. It was spacious and comfortable, and it felt more like a small home than just a hotel room. Everything I needed was there, which made my stay very relaxing.

The staff were also amazing. They were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The room was cleaned regularly, and they made sure the towels were changed and everything was well maintained.

I also felt safe during my stay because there was a security staff member who was always attentive and looking after the facilities.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Strasbourg. It was a great experience!
