2. Odaların içi eski ve banyo , duş başlıkları , çeşmeleri kullanımı kötü
3. Oda temizlenirken çay yada kahve konulmuyor . İlk geldiğimizde olan paketler çıkana kadar biiti yenisi konulmadı.
4. Yarım pansiyon aldık. Ancak kahvaltı idare eder akşam yemekleri çok az ve çeşit yok . Akşam yemeklerimizi mecburen dışarda yedik . Aldıkları paraya göre mutfakları hayal kırıklığı yarattı .
5. Sahil kısmı kötü sadece deniz güzeldi .

I've been staying at Crowne Plaza Antalya every year for the past four years, and this visit was just as wonderful as always. A special thank you to Mr. Korkmaz for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail — he truly made our stay memorable. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
The views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious options every morning. This was my fourth time staying here, and I always enjoy spending a few relaxing days at this hotel. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya!
Playroom is weak
I absolutely loved my stay at Crowne Plaza Antalya. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We received such a warm and professional welcome, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning.
The location was perfect — the hotel is close to everything, making it very convenient to explore Antalya and get around. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed our meals during our stay.
What I also really loved is that there is so much to do at the hotel itself. There is both an indoor and an outdoor pool, as well as a sauna and different activities in the lower level of the hotel. You can play billiards, table tennis and enjoy the indoor pool and sauna. There is honestly no chance of getting bored here!
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and were very happy with the hospitality, service, location, food, and facilities. Crowne Plaza Antalya will definitely be my hotel of choice whenever I visit Antalya again. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
There is honestly nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. Everything I asked for was taken care of immediately by the staff. The reception team and management were extremely helpful, professional, and attentive. Whenever we needed something, they made sure to handle it quickly and with a smile. The service was truly excellent, and I really appreciated how well they looked after us throughout our stay.

- had to wait for my room after 36 hrs of travel, not for long only about half an hour, but after that long travel every minute counts
- several times had to approach the front desk to remake my key cards
- front desk wanted to charge me again no matter that i paid it online
- had to argue with the host of the restaurant how many people ate the breakfast
- had to beg for a late check out to compensate the wait time at the check in
