Hotel totalmente modernizado, mobiliário novo , atendimento super cordial, peguei quarto com varanda, sensacional. LOCALIZAÇÃO 10- Notre dame a 200 metros. Funcionaria Letícia brasileira 10.
Tudo. + localização 10
great location. Paris size room. very comfortable and friendly. Roof top bar/restaurand with stunning Paris view
Quarto espaçoso, tudo novo, muito limpo.
Confused by the excellent reviews as we did not think very highly of this hotel.
We paid a rate of 1200 euros and almost 1400 euros for connecting rooms.
The hotel has not been kept in very good condition. There are paint chips and scratches all over the room likely because the rooms are TINY and anywhere you turn your luggage is knocking into the walls.
The value I find very low for this price.
Housekeeping was not done until near 4pm.
Shower tiles were dirty.
Staff was not very professional and informed. They were sitting on the sofa with laptops and you can’t tell if they are customers or staff.
Also we were there during the awful 103 degree heatwave and as consistent with the rest of Paris there are no fans or AC in the lobby which is completely absurd . Our rooms did have AC thankfully.
For this price point I find this hotel extremely sub par.
sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Dachterasse, alles sehr sauber.
Doppelzimmer sehr klein.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary.
I had planned a surprise proposal during our visit, and from the very first email, Haniella, the Guest Experience Manager, went above and beyond to help me create a truly unforgettable experience. I had a very specific vision in mind, and what impressed me most was not only her willingness to help, but the incredible attention to detail with which she executed every single request.
No matter how big or small the detail was, Haniella always responded with professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and then worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make it happen. The final result exceeded all of my expectations. Every element was perfectly arranged, allowing me to focus entirely on one of the most important moments of my life.
It is rare to encounter someone who is so dedicated to creating memorable experiences for guests. Haniella’s commitment, creativity, and exceptional level of service made all the difference. Thanks to her efforts, the proposal was absolutely perfect and a moment that both my fiancée and I will cherish forever.
To Haniella: thank you for turning a dream into reality. We will never forget what you did for us.
We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning in the future to celebrate many more special occasions. ❤️🥂✨
Disappointing lack of flexibility for a family celebration
We booked a non-refundable rate at Hotel Dame des Arts in Paris for what was intended to be a special celebration for our daughter following the completion of her GCSE exams.
Shortly before our trip, Eurostar contacted passengers to warn of the forecast extreme temperatures in France and offered the opportunity to change travel dates. Our daughter became increasingly anxious about travelling in those conditions, so we contacted the hotel to ask whether they might, as a gesture of goodwill, allow us to postpone our stay until October.
We fully acknowledged that we had booked a non-refundable, non-modifiable rate and were not seeking a refund. We simply wanted to move the reservation and even offered to pay the additional €180 required to upgrade to the flexible rate, plus any difference in room rates. Unfortunately, every request was refused.
The reservations team was polite throughout, but ultimately showed no flexibility whatsoever, despite the exceptional circumstances and despite the fact that we were trying to preserve, not cancel, our business with the hotel.
We appreciate that policies exist for a reason and understand the importance of consistency. However, luxury hospitality is also about discretion, empathy and building long-term relationships with guests. In this instance, we felt that an opportunity to demonstrate those values was missed.
Perhaps we were unlucky, but our experience left us disappointed. We had looked forward to celebrating our daughter’s achievement at Hotel Dame des Arts, and it is sad that what should have been a memorable family occasion has instead left us with a rather sour impression before we have even arrived.
So do not book nonflexible rate - it truly is set in stone.
This hotel absolutely lived up to its stellar reviews. From the moment we arrived, it was clear why so many travelers rate this property so highly.
The location was fantastic. It was easy to reach and conveniently located near multiple Metro stops, making it simple to get around Paris. It was also within walking distance of the Seine, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable.
The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. While the rooms are on the smaller side (as is common in Paris), they were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
One of our favorite features was the balcony. After long days of sightseeing, it was wonderful to come back in the evening, relax outside, and enjoy the cool breeze (we were there during a heatwave) while taking in the view of the sparkling Eiffel Tower.
The rooftop bar was another highlight. It's clearly a popular destination and attracts plenty of visitors, but the staff did an excellent job of ensuring hotel guests could still enjoy the space and amenities comfortably.
We were also impressed by the wellness facilities. The fitness center was far better equipped than expected, with treadmills, rowing machines, and even a Pilates reformer.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and delivered on everything the reviews promised. I would absolutely stay here again and would confidently recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.
The front desk went beyond the call of duty - when I walked off the street from extreme heat and asked for help to get a taxi-for me—- 100+ heat . Gods Bless the sweet girls who offered me water as well!!!!
We booked a room with balcony and Eiffel Tower view and that was amazing, sitting at the balcony with a glass of wine and watching the illuminated Eiffel Tower :) ... I also liked the decor/design of the hotel overall and the staff was nice.
The room was a bit small, especially, that bathroom was almost 'inside the room', its a shame that hotel guests does not have priority to visit the rooftop and we still would have had to book weeks in advance.
Location and staff were the stand out points. Loved our stay. Was comfortable and clean.
I didn’t like the choice of air freshener in the hallway of our floor. It reminded me of fish n chips.
Everything at this hotel was exquisite! Our rooftop bar experience with Lucas was amazing- what a great guy! Redouone gave us the best care early in the morning as we parted- helping anywhere he could! What a lovely staff! We will definitely be back!
Truly, a stay to remember!
A very special thank you to Haniella for surprising us with an amazingly HUGE bouquet of fragrant flowers (and balloons too) as we celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary the day we arrived. I cried happy tears of joy, as it was entirely unexpected, and so very appreciated. Thank you!
Erwin also was very helpful prior to, and during our stay, with club recommendations and securing restaurant reservations.
Every person we interacted with went above and beyond to help and everyone was so incredibly patient and kind.
The rooftop bar is phenomenal with its views…
I hope we get to come again soon. Thank you all for making our stay in Paris, at Hotel Dame des Arts, so special!
I will never forget it✨💖
Enjoyed a wonderful, week-long stay with family. The hotel is very comfortable and well run, and the location is unbeatable. Spending late afternoons on the rooftop, with panoramic views of the city, was a treat. The concierge was exceedingly helpful with last minute tickets and restaurant reservations. His recommendations where to eat did not disappoint. We enjoyed every meal.
