Hotel has 2 entrances - from Pikk 29 through the cafe and inner courtyard. This entrance is opened from 6 AM until 11:00 PM and is closed during night. The main hotel entrance is from Lai 24 and is accessible by car. This entrance is open 24/7.

Parking for motorbikes free of charge in the hotel courtyard upon availability.

Please note: There is no free parking on the hotel grounds. The free parking lot is 5 minute drive away and 10 minutes by walking. Guests will get the directions to the parking area upon check-in. Parking in front of the hotel on Lai street is for free only for 15 minutes when using a parking clock!Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

30 % halvemmalta kolmen tähden hotellillta olisin tätä voinut odottaa.

Pääosin huonompaa, kuin mitä keskiarvoa korkeammalta hinnalta sopii odottaa.
Suurimmat huonot puolet:
- Asiakaspalvelu vastaanotossa oli melko töykeää, mutta ehkä oli vain huono päivä.
- Kylpyhuoneessa lattia tulvi, koska kaadot eivät olleet kovin hyvin suoritettu. Lattialasta olisi kiva lisä.
- Aamupala oli mielestäni normaalia tasoa huonompi.
- Ikkuna katutasossa tarkoittaa sitä, että verhoja ei voi pitää auki ellei halua kaikkien näkevän sisälle. Ehkä kevyemmät pitsiverhot vois olla hyvä, jotta saisi kuitenkin luonnonvaloa sisälle. Nyt oli tummennusverhot ainoa vaihtoehto.

Pienenä ärsytksenä oli myös ”parisänky pyynnöstä”-menettely varausta tehdessä. Erittäin ajoissa tehty varaus ja pyyntö parisängys johti hotellin vastaukseen ”riippuu saatavuudesta”. Ehkä olen jotenkin yksinkertainen, mutta luulin että parisängyt joko ovat tai eivät ole, eikä niitä tule kausiluontoisesti lisää. Eihän kyseessä ole maito elintarvikekaupassa, ei se ole mikään saatavuuskysymys. Käytännössä parisänkyjä varmaankin sitten pidetään vapaina, jos tulisikin tavalla tai toisella prioriteettilistalla korkeammalla oleva asiakas.

Olen verrattain paljon matkustellut ja yöpynyt hotelleissa. Tapana ei ole valittaa, ei varsinkaan turhasta. Tämä hotelli oli kuitenkin pettymys.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber wir haben auch nicht viel bezahlt. Die Dusche hat jeweils das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Nicht sonderlich toll. Die Fenster konnten aufgrund der Better nicht gut geöffnet werden.

Комнаты холодные безумно! Ночью открылись окна в туалете от ветра и нам позвонили ночью узнать не курим ли мы в номере! Когда мы пытались выжить от этого ветра в номере с детьми.
Никогда не была в подобном номере!
Завтрак грустный, очень маленький выбор и не очень вкусный.
