Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Es war ein schöner, sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit.
Die Lage war sehr zentral, nah an der Strassenbahnstation und trotzdem ruhig.

Pros:

Zimmer waren schön groß, und sauber.
Personal war sehr nett, und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Frühstück geht garnicht,sehr wenig Auswahl und immer das gleiche.

Pros:

Zona linistita, retrasa, camera spațioasă, mic dejun diversificat. Din păcate, hotelul se încadrează la 3 stele.

Cons:

Baia nu este adaptata și nici echipată conform categoriei de 4 stele. Cãdita de la dus avea vopsea exfoliatã și ruginitã, lavoar-ul prezenta urme de negrealã. Cu toate că există minibar în cameră, acesta era gol. Prosoapele au fost schimbate după doua zile la solicitarea noastră ( prosoapele fiind lăsate pe jos, în baie ca să fie schimbate). Curățenie în camera nu s-a făcut , lenjeria nu a fost schimbată.
