Pros:

Fin beliggenhet på West End. Rolig gate. Hyggelig frokostsal. Hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Litt lukt på rommet, hard seng. Hotellet er gammelt og ganske slitt.

I could not have a cup of tea because they were unable to offer me a dairy free milk.

Disappointing on a number of levels.
Pros:

The location was great, close to the West End. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The parking information didn't mention that you can only park for 3 hours and then you have to move the car. No one offered to help with the bag, my husband was trying to park while I struggled up the stairs. The bathroom was not very clean, there was old soap on top of the shower unit and no slip mat, the bedroom carpet was inadequately hovered. The plug in the hand basin didn't work. But breakfast was the most disappointing thing, it was preprepared and left in hot containers, the bread for toast was awful. Very poor value for money.

Uncomfortable stay, not value for money

Cons:

Had family room 105 with one double bed and one single bed. There was only myself yet I was unable to sleep in double bed as bed was so worn out mattress springs could be felt. I mentioned it when leaving and the person on reception offered no apology and was clearly not going to do anything about it.
