Suitable for families with kids
Pros:

Very clean and well maintained with good food options and great facilities. Staff in restaurants were very nice and attentive .

Cons:

We were denied of beach access after checking out at 11:00 which felt petty considering the hotel rates.

Pros:

Everything was clean, the suite was very spacious, the heated pool was super nice since we were travelling with a one year old. Staff were very attentive. Beach was great - appreciate the possibility of renting paddle-boards and little boats free of charge on the beach.
The location is very convenient - right at the lake.
The best food being the food for sure - tasty breakfasts including coffee order (even decaf), nice to have afternoon snack (was enough for a lunch) and of course exquisite five course dinners! We loved our stat

Facilities were amazing and the hotel is beautiful.

Cons:

Food. Really bad. Breakfast was tough because most of the trays were empty a lot. Dinner was honestly a joke. I’ve included a picture of a meal. Literally one potato cut in half and a finger slice of chicken with sauce that had a hard film on it due to sitting around. Also the menu said Guinea Fowl and they served chicken! The other picture is the welcome drink. 100ml of beer. Honestly it was insulting

Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück, selbst die Milch war erwärmt. Service perfekt . Abendessen war ebenfalls sehr gut und abwechslungsreich

Great location, hotel with many amenities

Cons:

Surprised to see that there are hotels that still offer rooms without Air Condition; in our case the hotel suggested to keep curtains closed during the day to avoid exposure to heat as well as provided us with a ventilator. A pity given the marvelous lake view.
