The Bungalow was well decorated and quite large. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The air conditioner kept changing back to cold after I'd changed it to hot. Same temperature but the symbol kept changing by itself. Tv

Blinds failing and difficult

Pros:

Great location with a nice venue onsite

Cons:

The only thing I can say negative was our bungalow bedding never got made up despite leaving the sign on the door & requesting to one of the lovely female staff.we were there 3 days 2 nights —other than that it was fantastic

Pros:

The location was premium. The interior was exquisite. It surpassed expectations and made the reason why I was in Caves Beach so much better.

Cons:

I didn't dislike anything in particular. However being more or less on the ocean, I was not expecting the cold air and strong winds that we got. The accommodation itself was perfect but when it came to the location, it was postcard beautiful just the weather made it a little uncomfortable.

Pros:

The room was beautiful with a lovely outlook.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room overlooked a ‘storage’ area for broken fences etc.
Our room was not serviced at all during our stay.

Beautiful location/ needs a toilet door
Pros:

Stunning location. Two minute walk to one of the best beaches. Beds were comfortable, property was clean. Nice and modern bungalow.

Cons:

No door on the toilet!!! No one mentioned this in the reviews but it’s not nice to hear/ smell your partner (and vice versa)
Also, check out at 10:00 is too early. 11:00 at least- much kinder.

Towel was dirty and there was the smallest bit of toilet 0aper on the roll $377 for that nah I'll pass wasn't worth the price at all ive stayed at cheaper places that had all amenities all clean linen great location poor cleanliness

Pros:

The location was good , enjoyed the view from the top floor, but wished there was a balcony. Nicely designed, but needed more space for 6 people. 5 stars for the food in the caves bistro. The service was friendly.

Cons:

Not enough toiletries for 6 people ,only had 1 small soap in each bathroom .3 mini tubes of shampoo/bodywash for each bathroom No storage in the laundryroom , very low lighting, not enough laundry liquid, no kitchen towels or handtowels,not enough pillows .for 6 people or spare towels , pillows , or pillow slips. No hair dryer . Ovens were difficult to operate, not enough sugar, tea ,coffee or milk for 6 people. No cleaning clothes, only one pull out sofa bed. The main area TV didn't work, phone/ device had problems with connecting was not very good reception, for wifi signal was weak and dropped out alot.

Pleasant surprise awaited us for our stay in Caves Beach.
Pros:

Impressive set up of 17 bungalows well spread out all with views of ocean and ponds immediately outside each one.
Impressive set out internally with large bathroom, separate shower and toilet elevated a few steps above ground level. On this level was also a island bath with views towards the lower bedroom/living room through to outside ponds and the beach/ocean. Privacy was provided by shuttable louvers.

Cons:

The only thing was the toilet seat height above the tiles. Very low for my ageing body.
