No one to talk with. Noisy floors and doors. Weak water pressure in the shower. Only one Reading lamp near the bed, and not working
This house was only bed only but was well equipped very quite .plenty of parking .
Liked all things great place to stay for a base not far from Aviemore
It was clean and comfortable and quiet. We had an outside room so it was very handy to our car.. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Check in and check out was straightforward..
It was strange not actually seeing any staff about and there is building work going on but we knew this beforehand and it didn't impact us. The poor reviews would have put me off if I had read them first but we found it a positive experience.
Mould around the windows and clearly not been cleaned properly in a long time. Not the room paid for either and only some of the rooms are pet friendly. If fact a binding at the front door says no dogs beyond this point. So false advertising as well.
Worst experience of any booking.com accommodation. We didn't stay since it wasn't safe to since me wife has mould allergies. Still waiting for a refund.

It’s building site as under renovation! No kitchen or bar so have to eat out even for breakfast. The hotel is dusty and should have be closed as major work going on ! Shower didn’t work and we booked a twin room to end up with a double and mattress on the floor , mattress cover filthy. Certainly not the same as advertised.

Przyjemne miejsce. Pokoje czyste, dobrze zaopatrzone. Spędziliśmy tam dwa dni, dobra baza wypadowa blisko dużo fajnych tras trekkingowych. Dobry kontakt z obiektem, interesują się co jest na plus.
Last minute reservation as unforeseen complications with previous location so should not complain.
For 1 night stay = perfect. Up on a small hill, big parking, peace and quiet. Beautiful ca. 1890 building.
No breakfast, no kitchen to use. In room a kettle + coffee but no mug. Key to room did not work so we could not get in for 1 hour. No on-site staff so we had to call and wait for a very fussy and rude "support man" to come over and let us in.

Entire house is undergoing major works so building materials all around = wood/plaster boards lying around, paintbrushes etc. Not a good look atm.

La doccia elettrica ci ha fatto dannare in quanto non si riusciva a regolare la temperatura con precisione: mi sono "bollita".
Staff were helpful when we needed help. The local cat was very cute and affectionate. Location was pretty good a short walk from the town.
Some of the facilities need upgrades and or maintenance.
Location was fine, and the price for the room was reasonable. The room was clean, the shower worked fine, tv with Internet worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and clean.
There were the usual tea coffee and milk etc.
Our stay was nice and peaceful with no noise from any other guests or otherwise.
Overall we were quite happy and would like to return again sometime.
Check in didn't go very smoothly, I was given a room number and a four digit pin number from booking.com which did not relate to the room number we got. Eventually I got the proper 6 digit number via WhatsApp over the phone at the hotel.
Once that was by we got the keys for our room OK
from the box for room 2 C.
Although overall we were happy with the room, but there was a strong odour in the room but we got used to it. Other little things which didn't bother us really such as no bin in the toilet, no plug in the sink, and an extremely uncomfortable chair to sit in.
All these little things didn't spoil our stay.
It was what I was looking for. Straight forward no frills accommodation that I could use as a base to get on with some local exploration.
You could here people moving about in the section i was in. Just a few loose floor boards needing screwed down. An easy fix, I saw workmen doing other improvements around the hotel, add it to their list!
