A fost o experienta placuta si cand vom reveni in Bacau, vom alege cazarea tot la hotelul Dumbrava.
Pros:

Micul dejun a fost destul de bogat si gustos cu exceptia cascavalului pane din produs congelat, care a fost necomestibil (textura de cauciuc). Mi-au placut foarte mult salatele pregatite in bucataria dvs.
In ambele seri am cinat la Casa Rebeca unde locatia, mancarea si amabilitatea personalului au fost excelente.
Vom reveni cu placere.

Pros:

Big rooms and great food at the restaurant affiliated to the hotel. The staff were all friendly.

Cons:

The air con units need updating as regardless how much we played with the settings it still didn’t give any cold air. Even the staff tried to help but were unsuccessful.

Simply superb service
Pros:

We stayed in one of the rooms that hadn’t been recently renovated because it had a bathtub. Our son and his family stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and found it spectacular. Apparently, they’ve been using the renovated rooms, so didn’t realize that the TV wasn’t working, but once we notified them, they promptly brought in another TV with many apologies. The staff overall was exceedingly solicitous and the breakfast was great. The staff remembered the orders and preferences of our 5 person group from day to day and couldn’t have been more helpful. They live up to their sign out front: “Come as a guest, leave as a friend.” We look forward to coming back.

De locatie, midden in de centrum van de stad.
We hebben een comfortabel apartment voor 4 personen, heel ruim en goede bedden.
Elke ochtend een zeer gevarieerd ontbijt en super vriendelijke medewerkers.
Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.

Very good
Pros:

Great staff, very helpful and polite.Very spacious room with all you need. Decent breakfast. Good restaurants. The SPA facility was also a nice addition to the hotel since there are not too many things that you could do in Bacau if you don't have any specific plans.
