A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro
Pros:

Distanza a portata di passeggiata dal centro
Più che buona pulizia, struttura datata, ma decorosa.

Cons:

L'accessibilità ai corridoi delle stanze per i passanti, date le porte sulle scale d'emergenza sempre spalancate.
L'aria condizionata in stanza era diretta contro il terzo letto, avessimo avuto un bambino avremmo dovuto scegliere fra patitr il caldo o far venire la tosse al bimbo.

Recently renovated hotel with all what you need
City centre is 15 minutes by foot. We arrived early but thsy already let us park in their private parking. Breakfast was nice. Good price-value.

Nice hotel in pleasant location close to all attractions. Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Well run hotel in a quiet and pleasant area close to historic centre and public transport. Our room had a balcony overlooking mature trees. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, excellent value for money. Would certainly stay again when in Montpellier.

La salle de bain avec la baignoire-jaccuzy n'est pas adaptée : difficile à y rentrer et dangereux.
Le petit déjeuner est sommaire pour le prix: que du sucré et un peu de charcuterie-fromage. Des gros pots de confiture industriels. Rien de chaud. Dans d'autres hôtels de cette catégorie, les prestations sont meilleures.
De plus, nous avons eu droit à 2 dosettes de café offertes dans notre chambre, à notre arrivée, et quand j'ai demandé le lendemain d'en ravoir 2 autres, refus total par le directeur. Très décevant.

Cons:

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons constaté une forte odeur d'égout dans la chambre. Nous nous sommes immédiatement manifestés auprès de la réception. L'hôtel étant complet, aucun changement de chambre n'a été possible.

La réception nous a remboursé la taxe de séjour sur place et nous a indiqué que le remboursement du séjour devait être traité par Booking, puisque c'est Booking qui a effectué la vente.

Depuis, Booking a sollicité l'hôtel pour confirmation, et l'hôtel a donné son accord pour le remboursement. Malgré cet accord, le remboursement n'a toujours pas été effectué à ce jour, dix jours après la réservation

Excelente ubicación. Bien en el centro a 100m de la playa pero para nada ruidoso. Muy lindo el interior del hotel. Tiene convenio con el estacionamiento así que pagamos solo 20 euros por un día (el precio normal rondaba los 65 por día).

Cons:

Recepción 100% cerrada de noche. No hay nadie disponible para cualquier emergencia.
Estuvimos una sola noche y teníamos que partir temprano, antes de que abriera la recepción (8:30 AM). Habíamos pagado el desayuno pero salíamos antes de las 8:30 AM. No nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa de desayuno cosa que en muchos otros hoteles se hace.
Un poco caro para lo que ofrece.
