Das Bett war bequem. Das Zimmer war sauber.
Es war kein Kasten vorhanden. Ein Stuhl, der wacklig war. Das Bad, eine Ruine, dringender Renovationsbedarf.
Zimmer im 3. Stock, Lift teilweise ausser Betrieb.
Great location right on the edge of the busier citycentre of Verona. Room itself is very basic and in need of renovation, but is doable if you come for a one night stay. Staff was very friendly!
Some clear signs of water damage, unfinished parts in the room, door to the room did not open or close very well, making me a bit uncomfortable

A localização é boa, perto do centro histórico de Verona.
Porém o chuveiro do meu quarto estava muito ruim, não saía água direito. E o Box de vidro estava quebrado. O restante o hotel é ok.

La posizione dell' Hotel vicino al museo di Castelvecchio e all' Arena, raggiungibile a piedi.
La disponibilità dei ragazzi della reception e il parcheggio custodito.
Il bagno non era dotato dei comfort minimi e bisognava aspettare un po' di tempo per avere l'acqua calda in doccia ( la stanza si trovava al terzo piano) oltre che le pareti del box doccia erano alquanto sconnesse e ho segnalato la criticità prima di avere problemi.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata decisamente negativa.
Ci tengo a precisare che i ragazzi alla reception sono stati bravi, educati e molto gentili, e nulla da dire sul loro comportamento. Il problema riguarda invece la qualità e le condizioni della struttura, che ho trovato davvero molto scadenti, soprattutto considerando il prezzo di 165,00 € per una sola notte.
In bagno non abbiamo potuto utilizzare il bidet perché il tubo di scarico era rotto e, utilizzandolo, abbiamo finito per allagare completamente il bagno. Mi chiedo come sia possibile che un problema del genere non sia stato notato durante le pulizie o nei controlli della camera.
Inoltre, le fughe delle piastrelle della doccia erano completamente nere di muffa, una situazione poco piacevole e sicuramente non adeguata al prezzo pagato.
Anche la camera presentava diverse carenze: mancavano alcuni pezzi di zoccolino, il muro era scrostato e mancavano le lampadine delle luci accanto al letto. Di fatto, l’unica illuminazione disponibile era quella del soffitto.
Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo tutt’altro livello di manutenzione, pulizia e cura della struttura.
Sono rimasta molto delusa e, per quanto mi riguarda, non consiglio assolutamente questo hotel.
