No way a 4 star hotel; Small room with dirty window bad view and no balcony not at all like the one I ve booked; breakfast no veggies, horrible coffee, old bread tasting mold; AC on schedule by front desk imagine that; I ve asked the front desk to change the room cause it s not the same with pictures from the site and they direct me to solve it with booking.com cause they are to blame for it excuse me?!?

Very good price quality hotel
Pros:

The hotel is next to the beach. You cross the street and get on a long clean beach. They have a bar opened on the beach from 8 AM. Food at breakfast is really various and kids enjoyed it. Rooms are clean and cosy. For 2 nights it was really good. Staff really helpful and nice. Very good accommodation.

Cons:

Rooms are a little bit outdated. They can be improved a little.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto, struttura accogliente e ristorante buonissimo. Achille è stato davvero gentilissimo. Ho soggiornato una settimana e mi sono trovata davvero bene.

Cons:

L'unica pecca, forse, è stata l'aria condizionata che non partiva in automatico ma bastava chiamare la reception e in due secondi ripartiva.

Pros:

La posizione è molto buona, soprattutto per chi desidera usufruire della spiaggia. la struttura è datata, ma la sua posizione fa perdonare molte cose.

Cons:

Il personale, in particolare la direzione, è decisamente rivedibile. Abbassa di parecchi il mio giudizio. Passi per la struttura non certo modernissima, ma la direzione sembra non considerare minimamente il soddisfacimento dei clienti.

Найкраще розташування, зручний паркінг, свій великий і зручний пляж, поруч ресторани(італійські, хорватський,китайський) до центру 1,5 км, чудова набережна для піших і велосипедних прогулянок,
чудовий сніданок , (не поповнювався до кінця виділеного часу)

Hotel Maya Pescara – Recensione
La posizione è senza dubbio il punto di forza della struttura: direttamente sul mare, con la possibilità di utilizzare gratuitamente le biciclette. La camera era pulita e disponeva di una vista laterale sul mare, anche se affacciata in parte su un edificio piuttosto fatiscente.

Cons:

Purtroppo, per essere un hotel classificato 4 stelle, l'esperienza complessiva non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative.
La colazione è risultata molto deludente: uova fredde e lasciate scoperte, affettati già tagliati e leggermente rinsecchiti, toast preconfezionati da riscaldare. Positiva la presenza di prodotti senza glutine e discreti caffè e cappuccino dai distributori automatici. Decisamente insufficiente invece la qualità dei succhi, in particolare la cosiddetta spremuta di arancia rossa, che sembrava una semplice bevanda aromatizzata e colorata.
Altro aspetto poco convincente è il parcheggio della struttura, disponibile a pagamento al costo di 12 euro al giorno, una cifra che ho trovato eccessiva considerando che si tratta del parcheggio dell'hotel.
Durante il soggiorno erano inoltre presenti lavori nella zona, che rendevano poco agevole raggiungere l'albergo in auto.
Nel complesso, la posizione è ottima e la pulizia soddisfacente, ma i servizi offerti e soprattutto la colazione non mi sono sembrati adeguati agli standard di un hotel 4 stelle
