I felt welcomed, which is the thing I look for as a tourist.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a good experience.

The location is excellent, just a one-minute walk from the beach. The staff were very polite and helpful. On our first day, they kindly offered us a different room because the original one was too hot. The room was cleaned every day, and we were provided with fresh towels daily.
Overall, a good choice for a beach holiday, especially if you value a great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was average, and the menu was pretty much the same every day. Noise from neighbouring rooms was also noticeable, so I had to sleep with earplugs.
Since we visited in early October, which is considered the off-season locally, there wasn't much going on at the beach. However, this is obviously not the hotel's fault. The area was quiet, with relatively few people around. The sand was reasonably clean, the water was calm, and I went swimming a few times without any issues.

Because of the location, beside beach

Cons:

In booking.com it was with parking but when i went there they didn’t give me parking they said it’s full but there was a slot left beside the empty slot there was a Ferrari and the staff said to me that i can’t park beside the car but the parking slot was empty. I had to park my car in a public and unsafe place.
