everything was fantastistic and lovely
Pros:

The hotel is lovely. the kids didnt want to leave. The breakfast, spa, pool , dinner and teen club. everything was fantastic. The kids kept asking to go back.

Cons:

the room and the beds and the pillows. The room desperately needs air conditioning in the summer. Also, the mattress is uncomfortable and so are the pillows.

Hotel with great facilities and location, however, service was not up to a 5 star level.
Pros:

Good location for hiking, great spa to enjoy.

Cons:

Staff was not trained to the level you would expect at a 5 star resort (and even more importantly 5S hotel). Some staff at the restaurant did not speak English and were generally not knowledgeable and overwhelmed by guests. They did not pay proper attention. Furthermore, there did not seem to be adult only areas, so the spa was full of noisy children playing at the pool which was not particularly enjoyable after a day of hiking.

An exceptional stay in every way — we would definitely love to come back.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the location and views are breathtaking, and the facilities are outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the food and overall service were excellent. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

החדר היה מאכזב מאוד. הרצפה מכוסה בשטיח מקיר לקיר שהיה מלוכלך ולא נראה שנוקה כראוי. למעשה, בכל רחבי המלון יש שטיחים ישנים, שחוקים ומוכתמים, מה שיוצר תחושה לא נעימה ומוזנחת.

גם הספא היה רגיל ביותר, ללא משהו מיוחד שמצדיק ציפיות או חוויה יוצאת דופן.

בסך הכול, המלון זקוק לשדרוג משמעותי בכל הנוגע לניקיון, תחזוקה ומתקנים
