Pros:

Micul dejun este bun. Holelul este foarte bine situat, foarte aproape de centru.

Cons:

Am comandat o camera twin, renovata. La sosire am constat ca s-au incurcat si camera era cu pat matrimonial. Au spus ca nu mai au alta camera renovata disponibila si ni s-a oferit una confort standard. Pentru ca am stat doar o noapte am acceptat-o. Camera era horor! Mobila veche, lenjeria ponosita, mocheta foarte murdara si foarte mult patata, iar prosoapele efectiv murdare. Am solicitat schimbarea prosoapelor si ni s-au adus alte prosoape, inclusiv prosoape mici care initial lipseau. Inteleg ca nu era renovat si nu se mai obosesc cu mobila si sa curete mocheta, dar lenjeria si prosoapele trebuiau sa fie ca si cele din camerele renovate. Initial ne-au spus acelasi pret ca cel din rezervare, dar ulterior ne-au facut o reducere de 50 lei. Nu recomand hotelul decat pentru camerele renovate.

micul dejun foarte bun cu personalul de deservire excelent

Cons:

plin de gșndaci în baie. am fost de 3 ori in decurs de 8 luni si de fiecare dată erau gândaci în baie. De altfel este singura reclamație ce o aduc acestui hotel. Nu am făcut fotografii cu impricinații, dar e dizgrațios!

Nu luați camera icu vedere n spate!

Mi-a plăcut baia și locația hotelului.

Cons:

Groaznic! Mizeria de pe covor, lăsată intentionat, dar și camera austeră, cu un singur geam, poziționat sus, ca la pușcărie, pentru camera cu vedere in spate 308

Pros:

The reception staff was ok. All basic needs ok. They proposed a different room to fix a few issues.

Cons:

Parking was in front and I feared they would remove or damage the car. But it was ok. Noise outside (working during the night...) and air-conditioning didn't work.

Gălăgia de la colțul hotelului , cu turisti care servesc masa , consumă băutură, iar pe la 4 noaptea o harță între niște indivizi , unul beat injura de mama focului ...

Pros:

Curățenie, mic dejun ok,

Cons:

Din cauza unor lucrări în zona parcarea era ocupată, ne-a dus google maps in curtea hotelului Traian care e lipit de Astoria însă intrarea se făcea prin alta parte.

The breakfast bar and the location. The rest is a dump

The apartment was in very poor keep, drapes fallen of the rails, worn and dirty wall to wall carpet, mold in the shower, no toilet paper and no existing support for the rolls . They brought some toilet paper at our request and planted it on the towels shelf. No hot water to speak of. At check out we heard other guests complaining of the same lack of hot water. AND THE WORST THING WAS THE TERRIBLE SEWER SMELL IN THE WHOLE BUILDING.
We had to heep the windows open at all times to be able to breath, and actually my eyes were irritated after a few minutes, after closing the windows. No mosquito nets either.

Am avut nevoie de o cazare curata, linistita, cu personal amabil, si asta am gasit.
Pros:

Locatia este curata, personalul este super amabil si atent. Locatia este in centru si ai totul la dispozitie. O sa revin aici.

Cons:

Semnalul la tv a fost slabut, dar eu nu m-am cazat pentru tv.
