Man ist um die Gäste bemüht, was man auch merkt
Pros:

Wir sind inzwischen schon zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen, und werden es wohl auch in Zukunft nutzen. Es liegt in Italien günstig, um einen großen Teil des Landes zu erkunden.

Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet, und man ist sehr um Ordnung und Sauberkeit bemüht.

Die Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet, und sauber. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, sowie auch eine Heizung für kühlere Tage. Auch ein Fernseher ist vorhanden.

Das Frühstück, welches extra kostet, besteht aus einem sehr reichhaltigen Buffet, was fast jeden Geschmack abdeckt.

Ausserdem gibt es eine gratis nutzbare Tiefgarage, sowie ein eigenes Fitnesscenter.

Die Rezeption ist attraktiv gestaltet mit verschiedenen Teilen, Motoren und Merchandising, sowie einem Rennwagen von Ferrari

Cons:

Trotz viel Licht, auch etwas Schatten.

Die Kommunikation zwischen Booking.com und dem Hotel war mangelhaft, so dass wir unser reserviertes und bereits bezahltes Appartement nicht bekommen haben. Wir mussten Aufpreis bezahlen, und hatten letztlich weniger Leistung erhalten.

Es gibt an manchen Stellen Reparaturbedarf, was aber wirklich nur vereinzelt ist.

Ein moderner Fernseher im Zimmer, inklusive 200 gespeicherten Sendern, macht für Italiener Sinn. Aber in einem international gebuchten Hotel sollte man auch wenigstens einige Sender in anderen Sprachen anbieten, besonders wenn diese Sender gratis senden.

Bei unserem Aufenthalt eine Woche vorher, ging kein warmes Wasser in unserem Appartement. Irgendein Thermostat hätte da eingestellt werden müssen. Ok, war halt so.
Bei unserem neuerlichen Aufenthalt ging am nächsten Morgen kein Strom im fensterlosen Bad, weil der dafür zuständige Chipkartenleser unsere Karte nicht lesen wollte.

Hygiene und Sicherheit sind zwar lobenswert, aber wenn früh um 6.30 Uhr ein sehr lautes mobiles Gebläse auf einem Pickup ein Desinfektionsmittel über die Wiesen und Büsche im Innenhof verteilt, ist das nicht gerade angenehm, vor allem wenn man im Urlaub ist und bei offenem Fenster schläft.

Die Kommunikation an der Rezeption war diesmal ausschließlich in englischer Sprache möglich. Es war niemand da, welcher Deutsch sprechen konnte. Für gewöhnlich ist das aber möglich gewesen vor einem Jahr

Pros:

Quarto com excelente banheiro conseguimos fazer comida em casa devido à pequena cozinha, utilizamos a máquina de lavar roupas que já estava com detergente para ser usado. Local com estacionamento e elevador ponto muito amplo, tudo novo, camas boas e toalhas cheirosas.

Cons:

Não havia restaurante para uso no próprio hotel no dia que estávamos. Academia não é pra uso dos hóspedes
