Pros:

Stora, ljusa o fräscha rum. Bra o breda sängar, fint badrum. Centralt läge men ändå lugnt, bara 5-6 min att gå till Fridhemsplan.

The fridge in the room was empty, it disappointed me, no water, juices or nibbles., I think it is important to have some snacks, in the room even if the guest has to pay them,

La colazione è molto varia e molto ricca. Il personale in sala è estremamente disponibile e sorridente.
La posizione è molto buona: cinque minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, costeggiando un bel parco. In 20 minuti si arriva a Gamla Stan, il quariere più tipico di Stoccolma. La linea è la stessa che porta alla stazione, da cui partono i treni per l'aeroporto di Arlanda.

Tesiste 2. konaklamamız olmasına rağmen bu kez hiç memnun kalmadık konumu merkeze metro ile çok yakın ve metro durağı 250-300 metre mesafede en güzel yanı bu fakat defalarca otel terliği istememize ve her gün söylememize rağmen getirilmedi check out saati 12 olmasına rağmen odanın kartlarını 11.30 da bloke etmişlerdi odalar çok küçük

Good value, comfortable hotel close to train station with excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, huge choice and was very popular with my family. Location is good with the train station only a few minutes walk from the hotel, we found this worked well for us. Rooms are very spacious, plenty of room for suitcases. Coat hooks are good, hairdryer is appreciated. Fridge in room is great. Most staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy at all times. Large windows so lots of natural light in rooms.

Cons:

The beds were too hard for me so I had to request an aditional mattress topper (they kindly provided me with one). No milk in the room for tea in the morning (I had to buy my own and keep in fridge). House keeping not always consistant (some days bed was made, other days they were not but bins always emptied and towels replaced if required). Sanitary bags not replaced in my bathroom. Not much choice for people with severe allergies at breakfast - no ingredients or descriptions to view, but breakfast serving staff do their best to help. Jars of nuts everywhere!

Horribly disappointing cleanliness for the price you charge.

Breakfast is always good and staff are friendly.

Cons:

My room had hair from a stranger in the beds, toilet and bathtub
The bathroom door was stained with finger marks
The sheets had multiple stains on them
Instead of a new room i was offered room cleaning (which didnt even come the same day, so i had to sleep in dirty sheets).
After the cleaners were in, the bathroom door was still stained

Worth to stay and kid friendly
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean !the area was really quiet at night and also was a huge park front of hotel

Cons:

Everything generally was fine little bit away from city center but still walkable distance also the bus was stopping 100m away
