Pros:

Очень вежливый персонал. Хорошая уборка. Номер просторный, удобный. Отель находится на небольшой улице рядом с Площадью Республики и Вернисажем.

Poczujesz się jak w domu w sercu Erywania.
Pros:

Pomimo ograniczonej strefy parkingowej przed hotelem , personel zadbał o to aby nasze 16 motocykli zawsze było gdzie zaparkować . Wygodne łózka . Czyste łazienki . Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania. Po 5 minutach spaceru jesteś w centrum miasta. Lokalizacja na 10. Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel. Można się porozumieć po angielsku i rosyjsku. Pomimo , że hotel już ma wiele lat jest czysty i zadbany.

Очень достойный отель. Остановился бы еще)
Pros:

Расположение отеля идеально: очень близко к центральной площади, в пяти минутах ходьбы расположен Carrefour и рукой подать до Вернисажа и банка для обмена вылюты. Отделльное спасибо персоналу на рецепции и в ресторане: очень приветливые, вежливые и корректные, всегда рады помочь. В номере убирались на совесть, душевая чистая, сантехника не "уставшая". Завтраки однотипные - да, но выбор закусок, сыров, колбас, булочек, пирогов, овощей и фруктов очень большой, так что каждый день можно делать себе разнообразные комбо. Все было очень вкусно и свежим - нам очень понравилось) Для информации: по состоянию на март 2026 года прямо за отелем все еще находится стройка и не похоже, что она закончится в ближайшее время. НО! В нашем случае окна выходили на противоположную сторону и стройки не было слышно вообще ни разу. Звукоизоляция окон на высоте: машин с улицы мы тоже не слышали, да и движение там не особо сильное.

Cons:

Звукоизоляция имеет, к сожалению, и свою темную сторону) Несмотря на все преимущества, описанные в плюсах, стены здесь не очень толстые: если ваш сосед довольно громко смотрит телевизор или разговаривает по телефону прямо у вашей стены - вы непроизвольно становитесь участником)) Несколько расстроила кровать: матрас и подушки отличные, но вот сама двойная кровать была составлена из двух одинарных, что доставляло определенные неудобства. Это очень популярная практика у многих отелей, но от этого легче не становится)) Есть ли в отеле номер с полноценными двойными кроватями - не уточняли.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.
The location was great, only a couple of minutes from the main square and a walking distance from many areas of interest.
The room was clean, cosy and quiet.
The breakfast was very good with many options.
If I return to Yerevan, I would definitely stay in Europe Hotel again.

Pros:

Charming hotel in downtown Yerevan. Many attractions are within walking distance and there is a metro station nearby. The staff are very friendly, helpful and competent. Reception is open 24/7. Great breakfast.
As we had an early departure, we skipped one breakfast, but the hotel kindly prepared sandwiches for us.

Only that is close to city center

Cons:

You can hear all the noise from outside. The windows are for nothing. Very bad soundproof. No tv channels, no minibar.

Never a 4 star hotel. It’s between 2 and 3 stars

Cons:

Bathroom is awful. Very small. You basically take a shower in front of the wc. No minibar. Only 3 TV channels working

Good location, nice staff
Pros:

Location right next to Republic Square, which is the center of the city. Great breakfast, great staff (lovely ladies on reception 😊), clean and spacious.

Cons:

The subway is rocking the building 🤯 from 7 am till 11 pm so if you want to sleep well be sure you do it after these hours. Then the isolation is bad for the noises outside the rooms (on corridor) and for the neighbor rooms (I could hear the noise of the hairdryer and the water on shower, from the next room 😵).
