Over all a good value for money. Nice staff. It was q good overall package of convenience and cost with perfect location
Pros:

Very polite and professional staff. The hotel is located where near to the republic square and the north avenue. It's a perfect selection for families as well as for sole travellers those who want to enjoy Yerevan without much of a hassle.

Cons:

There should be a parking slot or a drop off/pick up area at the main entrance.

Good location and friendly staff

Cons:

Big noise and dust from the ongoing works in the adjacent building and the noisy neighbours from the adjacent rooms with people from the same party who preferred to stay in their room instead of staying in the bar or caffeteria below..every night for a week...is if they were talking inside my room. Poor breakfast. First day there were melons and water melons slices and the next day I asked why are they missing the answer was we dont have them every day :) no more melons since tha day:)

Центр города, этим всё сказано, заботливый персонал, реагирует на просьбы мгновенно. Завтрак на отлично, всего много, хотя на первый взгляд однообразно, но каждый день мы меняли блюда и ни разу не пожалели, что остановились на 5 дней.

Cons:

Парковка заявлена, что есть, но по факту на улице, если есть свободные места((, места всегда были))

All staff are very professional and very accomodating.
Pros:

Good location near to restaurant, metro and some tourist attraction like (Republic Square)its 4-5mins walk from hotel. All are walkable. Hotel is so clean. Good foods in breakfast. All staff are professional and nice.
