hotel bien situé, quelques petits détails à revoir , mais bien dans l'ensemble ( sauf pour la clim )

emplacement , grande chambre , petit déjeuné

Cons:

le service de blanchisserie n'existe pas , il est mentionné sur booking , mais ne le fournissent pas , il est aussi mentionné navette pour l'aeroport mais pareil , ils peuvent au pire des cas appeler un taxi .
le sommier etait defoncé , nous avons remis les lattes plus ou moins en place , mais il faut le changer , et surtout nous n avons pas fait attention lors de la réservation , l hotel n'est pas climatisé , donc fenêtres ouvertes et malgré qu'il ne soit pas dans un quartier bruyant, vous etes réveillés plusieurs fois par nuit par des passants qui parlent fort , les poubelles qui passent vers 5 h du matin etc ..à savoir qu'ils ont quand même mis un ventilateur à disposition .

Jeśli ktoś potrzebuje tej lokalizacji ok. Jeśli możecie w innym miejscu, raczej szukajcie dalej.

Lokalizacja. Jeżeli ktoś lubi taki mocno na sile przerobiony styl starej kamienicy, będzie zadowolony.

Cons:

Nie rozumiem jak ten hotel może mieć 4 gwiazdki. W recepcji stoją bardzo młodzi chłopacy, mający słabe pojecie i nie dbający o higienę. Prosząc w recepcji o papier toaletowy musiałam podać numer pokoju i wytłumaczyć do czego go potrzebuję. Na śniadaniu nie było gdzie usiąść (6 stolików na 20 pokoi). Jadalnia klaustrofobiczna, śniadanie znośne. Pan z recepcji kontrolowal kto ile i czego bierze z bufetu. Hitem było okno w łazience otwierane na korytarz i główne okno otwierane na schodek tych głównych schodów na Hradczany. Studium paradoksów. Zameldowanie dokładnie o 15. Przyznają, że mają wolny pokój juz teraz (kolo 13), ale nie wydadzą go przed 15, bo tak stanowi regulamin. Wymeldowanie równo o 11, jeśli nie to 11:03 walenie w drzwi.Nie maja najmniejszej ochoty pomóc z walizką. Czekają i obserwują jak się je nosi (kobiety). Wszystko, łącznie z opłatą klimatyczną trzeba opłacić niemal po przestąpieniu progu hotelu. Jeszcze przed otrzymaniem pokoju, co jest bardzo agresywnie przekazane. Brak podjazdu ani nawet miejsca do zatrzymania pod hotelem. Z walizkami do ubiera biegłyśmy pod górkę. A przypomnijmy, to… 4* hotel, tak?

Access to public transport max 10 min walk. Great location.

Cons:

Both of us have knee issues, my wife having a replacement in next 2 months. The hill up and down were a challange for us.

Krásný hotel v historickém stylu, na výborném místě. Vynikající personál, bohatá snídaně, klid.

Vynikající místo, hned pod Hradem. Krásný čistý hotel, v historickém duchu, malované stropy, vitrážová okna, dostatek místa, vynikající čistota, přátelský, milý a vstřícný personál. Vynikající snídaně, velký výběr, dokonce i sklenička prosecca k tomu. V jídelně i zdi vymalované historickými náměty, vše krásně stylové. Klid a pohoda. Hotel má i výtah. Hotel předčil mé očekávání! Přijedu zas.
