Friendly Staff, but Outdated Facilities and Overpriced
Pros:

Location and staffs are nice. This was my second time staying this hotel, good to see familiar faces.

Cons:

Facilities, available tv channels for International guests, and rooms are basically outdated. I like rustic and traditional setting accommodations but that wasn't there either.
Charging sockets didn't work at first, an engineer had to come, Chai and coffee are an instant for paying more than £100 per night. Just couldn't get a feeling the value for the money.

Good location but bad facilities and support

Reception staff. They did not help much.
The booking was done for 3 people but there were only 2 small beds.
Swimming pool wasnt functioning. No compensation in the form of room upgrade was offered. We felt cheated

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay for 13 days. The staff were exceptionally kind and looked after us really well. Special mention to F&B (Prem Rawat & team), Reception ( Manoj Prajapati front office manager & team) along with the doormen and luggage porters welcomed us warmly. They also surprised us with a cake to celebrate my husband's birthday !!
The rooms was spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent as the metro station is around the corner along with plenty of shopping and eating options, including a few Malls. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and we also had few meals in the hotel - lunch and dinner. Chefs were hands on and accommodated our requests. We definitely recommend Mosaic, Noida and will for sure stay here on next visit too.

Nice and super happy by there service
Pros:

Very nice staff and hygiene level is good the rooms are well made.

Pros:

I had a very good stay at Mosaic Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well organized. All facilities are in good condition, the staff are professional and helpful, and the food quality is excellent.

The hotel is usually in high demand, so I strongly recommend booking early and reserving enough days in advance, even if your plans are not fully confirmed, because extending the stay later can be difficult due to full occupancy.

All services are good overall. Laundry service is available, but due to the high occupancy the internal laundry can be busy, so urgent requests are sometimes handled through external service.

In general, it is a very good hotel for the price, and I would stay here again.

Pros:

This hotel is my preferred choice when I travel to Noida. It is at sector 18 and close to every shopping mall, restaurant. Staff is very helpful. Restaurant is pretty decent and offers a good variety of food.

I enjoyed every bit of my stay.
Pros:

The location is prime and the best. Not a boring stay and everything was within reach.

Cons:

No money exchange facility. As a female solo traveler, it was kind of inconvenient, but the staff arranged somehow for me.
