Disappointing
Pros:

The room was modern and well furnished.

Cons:

Food very bad. Staff/service bad. Very expensive for what was provided. Not 5 star hotel or service.

Un bel établissement mais qui doit être repris main.

Cons:

Aucune pression d’eau dans la salle de bain. Plusieurs appels pour changer de chambre ou améliorer la situation, sans effet. Très décevant de ne pas pouvoir se doucher normalement dans un établissement de cette catégorie.

La beauté des chambres flottantes

Cons:

Avec le prix des Chambre flottante, une ligne téléphonique est plus que nécessaire. Obligé d’appeler tout le temps à la réception avec mon portable pour une liaison avec le restau ou le spa. Une réception qui ne décroche presque jamais en plus.
Je me déplace jusqu’à la réception pour avoir plus de serviettes et jusqu’à mon départ je n’ai rien reçu.
J’ai aussi fait une commande avec le room service qui n’a jamais été livrée.
Un buffet quasi vide aussi. Choix très limité.

Les buffets etais superb, tres bon. les gents me parle de Movenpick buffets, c'etais plus bon de notre expectations.

Cons:

Nous avons inviter les amies, nous avons paye. Mais ilya un problem pour access VIP piscine pour notre visiteurs, cetais mal gere. On a demande moi organise avec reception. Après beaucoup des discussions cetais regle.....mais avec un paiment additional. Pas bien trop gere et Notre visiteurs local et important etaient pas heureux.
Pardon pour mon francais, mais j'esaye.
