Great Hotel at a Great Price
Pros:

The staff was very kind and the room we stayed in was excellent size.

Cons:

Our one complaint or we would have rated this hotel much higher is our bed was so sinky and soft. Some people like that but we like a firm mattress

Pros:

The staff were the most helpful my wife and I experiencd among our numerous hotel stays. Always willing to provide service.
The location was superb in a quiet but central part of the city.

Good location and comfortable stay
Pros:

Central location, near cafes.

Pooja and Gurpreet Kaur provided exceptional customer service.

Cons:

When checking in the reception staff did not welcome or even acknowledge while I was waiting - not a good first impression.

Nice hotel staff is good just breakfasf staff is also good, just need to work on some cleaning side on bedding side.

Nice hotel, staff is also good mainly breakfast staff is very nice and gives you full intension and even request serve tea in my room and they done it normally some hotel not do but overall is good👍

Cons:

Need some cleaning and bedding should be some more clean otherwise all good. And they should have uk charging point as well as on my first nigh stay i was struggles for my charging points.
