Cons:

I was charged twice for the deposit and the woman at the reception treated me very poorly when I raised this point to her. Finally another colleague at reception listened and realized I was right and refunded the part in excess

Great stay!
Pros:

Great hotel located in the heart of the fashion district, close to plenty of places to eat and drink. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and great water pressure too. This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely be back.

Great Location
Pros:

We loved the location, that was the best thing about this hotel.

Cons:

I booked a large room by sq feet with Booking.com but was given a small room by sq feet initially. The room also has an inter-connecting door and on day 3 a party of young extremely noisy men arrived and the noise levels were unbearable from the room next to ours. They had loud music and men from another room joined them and they basically had a party.
I reported this to the hotel reception that night and they knocked on their door and asked them to be quiet but that didnt work. The next day the hotel were very good and moved us to a new room immediately. The new room had the larger sq feet that i had originally booked. We got to stay in this room for 2 nights out of the 5 booked.

A localização é ótima, perto de várias atrações , comércios e metrô. O quarto que escolhemos nos atendeu perfeitamente, pois éramos duas amigas viajando juntas e pedimos duas camas de casal no quarto. Um bom tamanho, iluminado, a vista não era boa, mas era iluminado. Bom banheiro e chuveiro.

Cons:

Não gostamos do atendimento da portaria, pois minha amiga precisava receber uma encomenda e nos foi dito que a encomenda não tinha chegado quando na verdade tinha sim. Isso criou um desconforto e desconfiança. Outro ponto foi o transfer para o aeroporto. Nós pedimos para reservar um transfer na portaria. Ao chegar ao aeroporto fomos abordados pela policia que nos perguntou onde havíamos pegado aquele transporte, pois ele não tinha autorização para fazer esse serviço... Foi bem estranho.

Pros:

Hotel di ottima qualità, camera e bagno grandi e funzionali, personale molto professionale ed estremamente gentile, pulizia perfetta. In termini di affidabilità e professionalità tutto è in linea con lo standard della catena di appartenenza.

Cons:

Alcuni punti meno positivi che avevo letto in altri commenti prima di prenotare sono stati confermati: la porta verso il corridoio andrebbe decisamente meglio insonorizzata, il sistema di climatizzazione è rumoroso. Inoltre ho avuto problemi ricorrenti di disconnessione del WiFi. Si tratta tuttavia sempre di un hotel di notevole affidabilità.
