Amazing location, would stay again when we come back.
Pros:

All staff was very nice and greeted you every time you left and came back. Bell hop guy was very friendly and help assist with the luggage stow away and getting you it to you. Front desk was on top of our reservations, if you call ahead they will give you a call back when your room is ready. My wife stayed for a late honeymoon and they surprised us with rose flowers and candles in our room. 100 percent recommended. Walking distance from the train station as well.

Cons:

Elevator was a bit busy but that just means a lot of people stay at this property due to the great service.

Excellent , the staff makes the difference
Pros:

thwe staff is fatastic; Zoribel, Katherine, Marta, Zid, Zi, Napoleon, , Liliana the woman that clean the room is excellent... . The people make the difference , I don´t remmember all the names and they are all excepcional.

Cons:

I canno´t tell right now , maybe I can suggest a change of pillows and bed cover

Excellent Location, close to Penn Station & MSG.
Pros:

Location to Maddison Square Garden was excellent and to most of the Midtown attractions. Also within walking distance to most train lines which made it very easy to navigate New York. Staff were very friendly and there is a cute rooftop bar which is open every day.

Cons:

Room was a bit smalll but then again its New York and it was bigger than most other hotel rooms.

Ok, probably wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, closer to Times Square and uptown than west village/ SoHo downtown areas.

Cons:

The hotel was pretty rundown in need of a refurb in certain areas and the room was dark and loud with noise from the elevators and hallways

Pros:

Отличный отель. Чистые, уютные номера. Не очень просторные, но вполне вместительные. Удобные кровати. Мы жили на 2м этаже и в пятницу вечером было немного шумно. В остальное время было спокойно.

Replaced our broken fridge - that was a good thing cuz had stuff in multiple ice buckets for a while trying to keep chilled.
Front desk gave me complimentary waters which was wonderful!

No written materials in room- how do u get room service? what’s the menu? Where is the ice bucket? Where are the ice machines? Why arn’t there ice machines on every floor?
You are directed to go on restaurant websight to find room service menu but fyi it doesn’t say room service anywhere on websight like it tells u it does.
I get push button on phone as ask questions but it’s easier to just look at a in room packet and besides u can’t hear anyone on the phone anyway. They r kind but the phones stink.
Also move the iron from the back of the closet - makes it a pain to hang clothes with it protruding from back of tiny tiny closet.

The air unit by window was falling apart the front was hanging off a bit and needed to be secured back on

Would stay here again based on what I deem important and necessary for a city break

The room was very comfortable and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the hot water and the water pressure were also great. Heating and air conditioning both worked very well also.

Cons:

The room was a bit on the small side and for this reason I believe it could be slightly less expensive. Erica (I believe is her name) checked me in on my first night and I found her to be quite rude! I explicitly asked severally for the cost of the overall stay to be split across two separate credit cards and she took very long to execute this and check us in. Only to find out once getting back home that she did not split the stay across the two cards, one credit card was charged the full amount. I find this highly unacceptable and do not appreciate the rudeness, dishonesty and failure to complete a request made by a paying customer.
