Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. One of the biggest highlights was the excellent service, especially from David, the young waiter.

His dedication and professionalism really stood out, both during dinner and especially at breakfast, when it was very busy. Despite the rush, David remained attentive, kind, very helpful, and efficient.
The hotel is truly lucky to have him!!!

Another big advantage of the hotel is its great location, close to beautiful beaches and the metro.
Overall, we had a very positive experience.

Cons:

Overall, everything was okay and we don’t have any major complaints. We were a little surprised by the price of renting a bike compared to their condition, but maybe we are wrong. Still, we didn’t dare to rent them :)

Hotel correcto para una 1 o 2 noches. Buena ubicación cerca de la playa. Habitaciones confortables. Colchón cómodo.

Cons:

Solo había una toalla en la habitación para dos. Ascensor difícil de usar , mejor pedir primeras plantas. Estábamos en la sexta y muchas veces tuvimos q usar la escalera.

Gute Unterkunft, leider sehr chaotisches Abendessen
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich, Zimmer waren sauber, Room Service war gut, auf fast jeder Etage Automaten mit günstigem Wasser

Cons:

Erfahrung beim Abendessen war furchtbar frustrierend. Hatten als eine der wenigen Gäste Abendessen mit dazu gebucht, bekamen dafür eine separate Karte die so zerfleddert war dass sie fast auseinander gefallen war. Keine vegetarische oder vegane Option auf der Karte. Furchtbar lauter Essensbereich. Kellner hat sich während unserer Wartezeit an fast jedem Nachbartisch für irgendeinen Fauxpas der Küche entschuldigt. Nachspeise kam schnell, Portion war groß - fanden wir nicht sonderlich gut aber kann ja mal passieren, Geschmäcker sind verschieden. Frustrierend war aber der Hauptgang. Jeder andere nach uns bekam sein Essen nach 15 Minuten. Der Nachbartisch hatte ein paar Wünsche, die ihnen zugesagt und dann nicht erfüllt wurden mit der Entschuldigung die Küche habe es vergessen. Wir bekamen dann nach 1.5 Stunden (und immer wieder vertröstet werden) warten einen Hauptgang (waren zu zweit) und die Info, das zweite Gericht würde angeblich in 5 Minuten kommen weil der Koch das Hühnchen angebrannt hat und es nochmal kochen musste. Es war nicht viel los, vielleicht 10 Tische mit 2-3 Leuten die essen wollten. Wir hatten keine Sonderwünsche. Effektiv kam es natürlich nicht nach fünf Minuten sondern erst als das andere Gericht wieder eiskalt war. Kellner entschuldigte sich zum x. Mal und versprach ein neues Essen als Wiedergutmachung - nach Warten kam dann das gleiche Essen wieder, nicht mehr kalt sondern 3 Grad wärmer. Geschmacklich leider sehr enttäuschend. Wirklich ärgerlich war aber, dass wir einen schönen Abend haben wollten und uns nur maßlos ärgern mussten durchgehend. Das ist das erste Mal, dass wir uns über ein Essen beschweren. Wir erwarten uns davon nichts außer, dass kein Gast nach uns mehr einen schönen Abend so ruiniert bekommt. Die Küche möchten wir auch dahingehend in Schutz nehmen, dass das Frühstück sehr gut war, aber die ganze Erfahrung mit dem Abendessen war für uns furchtbar frustrierend. Unseren Nebentischen ging es ähnlich.

Vernünftige Zimmergröße. Alles war sauber. Minibar vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es fußläufig ca. 10 min.

Thank you for your hospitality Hotel Best 4 Barcelona!
Pros:

A very nice hotel and very close to the subway, yellow line L4 . With the metro everything is near and easy to reach. The room was warm and spacious ,the bathroom as well. Beautiful sea view from the window. Extra comfortable bed and long soft pillows. We had breakfast and dinner included and they both were really delicious. Breakfast was buffet and dinner - a la carte . Dinner was so big, XXL size 😁,it was a challenge to finish everything along with the dessert (salad,main course+dessert). Green salad, Salmon with vegetables and White fish with potatoes were my favourite ones, from the dessert section: chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream and apple tart. The stuff at the reception desk and breakfast/dinner were excellent! They enjoy talking to the guests and make people smiling 👍🏻 The gym has a new treadmill.I enjoyed running in the morning.Thank you for your hospitality Hotel Best 4 Barcelona! My father and I really enjoyed staying at your property!

Rustige omgeving, dichtbij het strand. Fijne verbinding met de metro.

Cons:

Sommige hendeltjes stonden scheef en niet goed afgesteld. Badkamer leek daarom iets minder modern.
