Terrible breakfast need a new provider service company

The front desk staff was rude without cause. I went to the front desk to check out to let him know that we was very unhappy with our room due to the smell. He began to go off on me. I was shocked and just looked at him trying to explain myself self. He stated there is nothing to talk about since Im checking out.
I wanted to let him know that the room smelled really bad. The bedding was damp to the touch and the toilet would not flush.
We checked in sooooʻ late and was very tried which was the reason we didn't say nothing when we got to the room.
Never again will I chose this hotel no matter how late it is.

Absolutely loved our stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great service, great atmosphere, and a very relaxing experience. We will definitely be back!

The pool and jacuzzi didn’t look like it was maintained. The pool water was very cold.The water jets were not on. No visible records to give you a feel for clean water for swimming or water there just for show.
Excellent stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Great service and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

No walk in shower, no vending machines, the pool and jacuzzi we're freezing
The room was very clean and recently remodeled
There were two canned lights hanging from the ceiling along with the smoke detector. There was a leak in the bathroom coming from inside the wall. They offered to move me to another room but I refused to stay in there after seeing a small black bug crawling in the bathroom and the bathroom faucets were rusted and very used. I looked no further after seeing the bathroom and returned to the first room

toilet leaking water on floor. on first morning I left room around 11am and reported water on the bathroom floor and that the body wash was empty…. expecting prompt attention… which did not happen. had to get body wash and mote towels from front desk.
