This hotel did not meet my expectations during my short stay.
Cons:

The bathroom was outdated, and despite specifically requesting a walk-in shower, this was not provided. Furthermore, the restaurant meals were of very poor quality, with limited variety and little choice. Overall, these aspects fell short of my expectations and negatively affected my experience.

Personnel agréable, chambre pas très propre à certains endroits (tais d’oreillers salles mais ont été changées), douche bouchée et joints en mauvais état. Le matériel de snokeling prêté n’est pas utilisable. Quel dommage car l’emplacement est superbe et à proximité immédiate de blue baie.

Très agréable séjour.
Pros:

Accueille, écoute et respect du personnel vis-à-vis du client.. La rapidité avec laquelle les petits soucis rencontrés sont solutionnés sans oublier ce sourire
permanent du personnel de l'accueil.

Enfin une visite de tout le complexe m'a permis une
meilleure appréciation des lieux.

L'emplacement face à la plage de trou aux biches est top, carrefour city à côté, l'hôtel est bien placé
Chambre spacieuse et propre
Buffet du petit déjeuner très bien avec beaucoup de choix
Piscine agréable
Merci à Rojo pour son accueil et sa gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour

L'hôtel est bien en tant que tel mais je trouve que le rapport qualité-prix est cher, les chambres sont un peu ancienne et au prix de la nuit, un peu de modernité ferait plaisir

Pros:

Nice staff, Andy was great and he is absolutely overqualified for that hotel.

Cons:

In the first place, we received our room and the AC didnt work, the team switched us to a room but the new room had no safe or Wi-Fi.
Andy tried his best to help us but the hotel is not maintained well so he did what he could to make the best of it for us.
We came only for 2 nights, so it was tolerable but we won’t come back again for sure.
