Complessivamente una bella struttura, con attenzioni superiori alle tre stelle.
Pros:

Spiaggia bella, vicina e con tanti posti economici dove mangiare.
Colazione un po' monotona e ripetitiva.

Cons:

isolamento acustico delle camere un po' scarso, si sente tantissimo la musica dei locali circostanti.

It was a wonderful stay.

A good business stay. Convenient and good value.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, tasty and plentiful food. Excellent free wifi. Step accross the road to the awesome beach and walk to several nearby restaurants. Tourist info and ATM on the premises.

Cons:

No ventillation in the room - no openable windows. Disappointing gym. A couple of times staff undertook to do something and then didn't.

Ok for a few nights. Location is the best feature of this hotel.
Pros:

The location is the best feature of this hotel. Very close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. The rooms are ok, but they have aged. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok, but don’t expect a lot of choices. They do however make different omelets that you can order. The kids loved the pancakes.
Pool is very small, but again, you are so close to the beach that you don’t need it.
Overall, it is ok, but nothing more.

The location

Cons:

The rooms were very dated and old , not cleaned to a good standard. Communication was hard work with staff just didn’t have that customer service in them. Spa was closed early , whirlpool didn’t work , beach towels they apparently gave all of them to clean and no spares . Cockroaches in room - best thing was the location.

Отличный отель! После проведённой недели остались самые лучшие воспоминания. Очень доброжелательный персонал, приятный в общении как по вопросам проживания, если таковые возникают, так и на общие темы. Это и менеджеры на рецепции Youvna, Shiksha и Rojo (кстати, говорит по-русски), и работники бара Ram и Ashwinee, и менеджер службы безопасности Eric, и многие другие, вплоть до службы клининга. Неплохой завтрак - шведский стол и хороший ужин a la carte - за ананасы фламбе отдельный респект повару. Номер соответствует описанию. Немного "уставшая" ванна и нет гигиенического душа (биде), но почему-то мне кажется, что это будет решено. Уборка ежедневная. Менеджер SPA салона (3-ий этаж) Vedna всё очень подробно рассказывает о процедурах. Также отель может организовать трансфер и экскурсии. Плюс ко всему очень хорошее расположение и окружающая инфраструктура: магазины, обменник, etc.

I arrived and it took them 4 hours @6pm to get one room ready while the other was ready in about 20-30 minutes. Next morning there was no hot water and it took them entire day fixing it.
All I would hear from the staff was sorry and sorry.
Breakfast is decent.
