Pessima non la consiglierei a nessuno...in camera polvere dappertutto, sulla spalliera del letto, sul televisore, materassi scomodissimi duri ecc, cuscini sottili e duri anche mettendone due sembravano vecchi di chissà quanto, doccia piena di calcare e strettissima, intasata che non scendeva l'acqua...non so come assegnano le stelle ad un albergo ma quello non è da 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ sicuramente...speriamo nel prossimo soggiorno

El hombre del turno de noche, de muy mal trato, nunca nos dejaron prender el aire acondicionado, la calidad de los muebles es pésima.
Las damas de turno de día y tarde todas excelente!!! Solo que de noche pareciera que te están haciendo un favor.

Ottima pulizia, camera ben accessoriata, letti comodi, WIFI ok, ristorante sushi di alto livello dentro la struttura. Unica pecca la colazione. Non all’altezza di 4 stelle. Mancava tutto: succhi, salato, servizio adeguato. Peccato davvero!

Ottima posizione per poter raggiungere gli scavi a piedi e lasciare la macchina custodita in hotel.

Super noisy, Very noisy, Dogs barking at all hours. Breakfast was not good, very limited. Avoid this place.

Thankfully we were only there two nights, we arrived late on the train from Naples and walked the 20 minutes to the hotel, it looked great. Looks can be deceiving.

Started well, reception was friendly and check in was quick. Room was pretty nice. Housekeeping was pretty good also, and that is where the good bit ends and it is all downhill from there. If we had time we would have found a new hotel after the first night.

Shower is overly fancy, difficult to operate and small for no good reason.

This is the noisiest place we have ever stayed, you will hear every noise in the hallway. You will hear your neighbours using the metal shutters, you will hear their tv, you will hear their conversations, you will hear them shouting down the hall. You will hear the yappy dog they brought, you will hear that dog barking at 1:15am and so you don't miss out, the dog will bark for 45 minutes or so without being quieted, apparently when it is your dog you can sleep through the racket. You will hear them snoring and their alarm in the morning. You will hear people in the hall making their plans for the day, you are not invited but will get to hear the plans all the same.

You will hear the construction / refurbishment going on in the hotel so no need to set your own alarm, you will be getting up early anyway. After being woken up countless times in the night it is finally time to get up and face the day.

Now that you are up it is time for breakfast. You must go to the bar and ask for coffee. And then the adventure begins, try to find something enjoyable. With any luck the neighbours with the yappy dog will bring it to the breakfast room and introduce it to the hotel's dog. This dog is in another room through a glass door so that they can see each other and bark at each other.

Onto the food? Found some cereal in one of those tubes that you turn the handle on and the cereal comes out, or does it. Hostess had to scurry over and take the thing apart, give it a good shake and tap on it to unjam the dispenser. On to your choice of bread, you can have stale white bread or no bread. I could go on but rather they say a picture is worth a thousand words so please see the attached photos, and try to make sure you pick the table with the view of the dog poop outside the door on the patio eating area.

Avoid this place, a new floor and paint job won't make it quiet and the breakfast is just bad, we were embarrassed for them.

There are many hotels in Pompeii that would like to have your business and will treat you as such.

Struttura in fase di ristrutturazione. Il check-in è stato fatto in area di cantiere con operai che eseguivano la ritinteggiatura della reception (dove comunque siamo stati accolti benissimo e con ampio sorrisi).
La camera è piccola ma funzionale e ben tenuta anche se, non guasterebbe qualche piccolo controllo all'impianto luci (molti faretti risultano fulminati).
Bagno pulito, luminoso e con una doccia ampia in cui però il soffione grande, risulta otturato dal calcare.
Colazione discreta e servita in camera, perché anche il bar era oggetto di ristrutturazione, pertanto bisogna scegliere la sera prima cosa si desidera. Magari quando riapriranno l'area ristoro, avranno modo di avere una colazione più ricca e soprattutto con prodotti freschi e del territorio.
Tutto sommato, è una struttura in cui si ritorna con piacere

Exceptional staff, the receptionist was very helpful, did everything he could to make our stay in the city more comfortable. The hotel was very good but this one receptionist was what made it perfect!

Lunette des wc cassée, la moitié des lampes ne fonctionnait pas. Le réceptionniste s’est trompé et voulait nous faire payer un supplément de 78€

Habitaciones amplias y confortables, la TV no es smart TV, para ver plataformas de streeming hay que llevar un dispositivo como un google chrome. Habia luces que no funcionaban. La leche del bufet de desayunos estaba agria.
El personal amable y atento

Friendly front desk. Clean room and restroom. The shower is not made for a big man. Would stay here again.
